Employee who answers phone is not helpful at all not considering at all and talks to the customers unprofessional. I’ve went to the store in person and didn’t even want to place an order I called try again still did not want to place an order because of customer service.

Service is a little slow whenever I go, have to wait like 20 to 30 sometimes unless i order ahead. Since the food is that good in my opinion, I don't mind waiting.

Walked in with nobody in the store and was told it would be 30 minutes before they had any Hot and Readys pizzas available. Time was Sunay at 2:05.
Quick service
I am so tired of going into places of service and they greet you with a blank stare, attitude like you are an inconvenience to them to put them to work to place a simple order. Where has the warm welcoming and smiles gone. Customer service is null and void here. Everytime I come in with a good vibe and smile, I leave feeling bad energy!

I was in and out for a pick up order. Staff was helpful. Food was hot and tasted fresh although I placed order within the last hour until close.

They refuse to answer the phone because they mess up simple orders and don’t want to fix their errors
Pre is a great cashier cook and I hope he’s a manager he did it all with all of the employees behind him helping him

Wait time was over 1 hour so we left. The customer area was really bad. The food ain’t that bad tho if you order through the app and wait time isn’t the problem, might be worth it.

What can I say, it is Little Caesars. Pizza, bread, and sides are cooked perfectly and taste great consistently. I do wish the owner would have more than just 2 workers on a Friday night. They work their asses off and are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful.
