The experience was good. I usually use the app and pickup at their pickup station. I don't usually have problems. Lunch combo is pretty much all I get from here so that I can attest is good.

Ordered and paid for a stuffed crust supreme and got a stuffed crust cheese instead, but they got the extra most bestest pepperoni right.

Tried ordering pizza today on the way home from work, 3:00 pm. 3 times I called and no one answered so I stopped and went in for the advertised “hot and ready” stuffed crust. They didn’t have any or the thick crust pepperoni. I asked the young man working why they didn’t answer the phone. He said “ I don’t know, I guess cause I’m busy”..,,so I said why don’t you have the hot and ready pizza’s he shrugged again and said I guess cause I’m busy. What he heck I can’t order ahead because they don’t answer the phone so I guess unless you order by the app which you can’t do while driving you can’t get LCP. I left at that point. But this explains why they have such bad reviews!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. You’ll wait over an hour past when your food was supposed to be ready and then they cancel it. This has happened multiple times now with both carry out and delivery orders.

I guess this location doesn't have a working phone? Kind of sad I have been trying to reach the store since 12:30, 30minutes of just the line ringing. Does no one work there? Turns out this is just a poorly ran franchise, I called the PVille location and they damn near answered on the first ring. The Gattis School location is not affiliated so obviously is ran by management that just doesn't care. They read the reviews because they respond to the 4 and 5 stars but ignore the lower star reviews. Hopefully corporate does a surprise visit soon, this store needs a reset from top to bottom.
