I was excited to see a new Indian food truck, Little India Garden, open close by, outside of Austin. I ordered the Vada Pav and their special—chowmein with fried chicken momos on the side.
Starting with the Vada Pav, I’d give it a 7/10. The flavors were good, but I felt the pav could use more chutney, and the vada needed a little more seasoning. Some bites were flavorful, but others lacked that punch, which took away from the overall experience. Adding more chutney and a bit more seasoning to the vada would really elevate the dish. It would also be great if they included more fried mirchi to accompany the Vada Pav.
Unfortunately, the chowmein was below average. The dry spices were noticeable on the noodles, which gave it a dry texture and made the dish less enjoyable. As for the fried chicken momos, the taste was underwhelming, and the chutney served with it was too watery to dip in, which detracted from the experience.
I’m giving this place a 3 star, mainly because I liked the flavor of the Vada Pav and see potential for improvement. I hope they can fine-tune the seasonings especially the Vada Pav, to match the promising flavors I tasted.

The first time I came here I really enjoyed the Dahi puri -they were crunchy and had good flavor. This last time, they were soggy and the to go box was so sloppily packaged. It was put on the wrong side of the box so it leaked everywhere in the pastic bag. The fried Momo's are really slightly burnt - these are not pan fried, you're better off getting steamed. Considering the price, this was not worth the drive and the quality I received
