Had an average time here. I ordered the chopstick or tried to and I wanted a double order of the entree but they couldn't seem to do that without just charging me for two whole meals. ended up ordering the prime rib but it was like eating a pencil eraser. Not very good at all. Generally I've had pretty decent service in food here but not this time. Can't recommend the prime rib at all. Service was generally okay.

Really like how they have the quick lunch options, and a good variety to choose from. Staff is always friendly and it seems like the manager always stops by and asks how everything is and if you need anything. They always give me an iced tea to go!!!

Overall, the food was just not up to stuff. I ordered the Logan, one of their signature steak dinners and was truly disappointed. The meat was cooked to a decent medium rare, however, it simply had no flavor what so ever. It's like the chef forgot to put seasoning on my steak and even then I think it should have tasted better.

Service was great. The server Donna (I think) was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the 10 oz. Prime Rib, Rice Pilaf and Steamed Broccoli. Had buffalo wings, cheese sticks and fried pickles as an appetizer with Peach iced tea.

Overall it was a good experience. I had one of the burgers for lunch. It tasted good but it was a little dry which was probably my fault for ordering it medium well. The roles were as good as ever and the waitress was very helpful.

I ordered Lee 12 oz prime rib. It was delicious and juicy. The service was great. Although they were busy, the wait was 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again.

My grandmother and I usually come here between 3 and 6 for the American Roadhouse deal. The steak and grilled veggie skewers are great. It is a nice, pleasant atmosphere and we always have great service from our usual waiter Brandon.

Great place for lunch. Fast service and friendly service. Loved the peanuts and warm rolls. Grilled meatloaf was cooked perfectly.

Came in at 9 on a Thursday and got seated quickly, not many other patrons at the time. Waiter was clearly new. He was nice but service was very slow and no check ins after the bread. 15 minutes after placing the food order, he came back to advise my fiancé’s prime rib wasn’t available that night. 20 minutes after that none of the food had come out. I flagged down a more experienced wait staff person and advised we had been waiting over 30 minutes since the order. Food came out 5-10 minutes after. 2 of the steaks were cooked correctly but one was not (had the wrong plastic markers in it so it seemed the order from the server was not placed correctly). Waiter was apologetic about the wait. Nothing at all was discounted or comped despite the excessive wait. Food itself was good.

Food not as good as the past. Ordered pork chops: dry and little flavor. Chopped steak good (no mashed potatoes). Baked potato, cinnamon apples and salads good.
We enjoyed our meal. Jeremy provided great service. Food was awesome.

When I arrived the customer in front of me and I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and it wasn't until I asked a server if there was a to go server that someone arrived to the counter. When the server finally showed up she asked for both of our names and then told us that she had not put either of our orders in but could then. We both re-ordered. I waited an hour for my new order ( a chicken entree and a salad) and then received the wrong food and multiple items were missing. The only discount I was offered was a free drink. I will not be returning to this location.

I've only been once and will try it again. At the time I went I ordered a steak Logan's way. The sides and rolls were good. I need to try the steak again. I do recommend going at least once. Awesome atmosphere, bar, televisions, and you can throw your peanut shells on the floor!

Sat at the Bar where the food was good and the Service was entertaining... Seems like a place where quite a few Locals hang out. Only complaint was that they didn't have enough of the large Logan's Beer Barrel Mugs to have any cold ones. Bartender stated that people keep stealing them. Well Logan's, you still need to have more than a dozen of these on hand!
