Wow, the service was incredible and food was outstandingDietary restrictions: Wife is on low carb and sugar (pre diabetic) trying to get those numbers down to prevent full blown diabetes. Our table service technician (I like the sound of that) was helpful advising us on the food selection. Great service!!!

My wife, son and I went to the La Frontera location on a Sunday at around 4:45pm. The restaurant seemed to be getting pretty crowded, but we were seated in about 15 minutes which we thought was reasonable. Our server, Nathali, was really nice and came to us pretty quickly. Unfortunately, there's not much positive to say beyond that other than our side salads we ordered came out timely and were pretty good. The three of us all ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, rare (we like it off the grill at around 120). My wife ordered regular asparagus and got asparagus smothered with cheese which they had to take back and fix. My son ordered fries and never got it. They brought out two of the three ribeyes which were medium rare (not rare). The third one didn't come out until over 5 minutes after that, and when it did it looked like a well-done flank steak. I had our server take it away and had it taken off the bill. She tried to make it right by having another steak brought to us "on-the-house". That steak was cooked rare and was good, but the experience of going out to dinner with my family was already kind of ruined. It's not fun to start eating when my family is already done eating. And it's pretty absurd that a steakhouse can't tell the difference between rare and leather. They did give us a 25% discount on our bill, but honestly I think the entire bill should have been comped. You go out to eat for the experience, and they fell way short on that. The manager did even bother to come speak to us. I would have given this place 1 star, but Nathali (our server) got us a $16 discount, which I gave back as tip. So 2 stars.

We ended up having to end our dinner abruptly, when the manager was making rounds she asked how we were doing and we asked for togos for all of our food and the check. She was so sweet, brought togos and helped pack up the food. Our waiter was also super sweet and the food was delicious as usual. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.
