Everything is great! Plenty of selections.
This place is a mess. The food is not good at all. Their desserts were awesome, the other food, not so much. I had to order my food because they had just run out of it on the line. They never brought it to me. We had to go ask someone and then they didn't give me everything and our waitress was not very attentive so we got another lady who was great.... So we tipped her instead. If all the Luby's are like this I can see why they are closing them. I hope they focus on bettering the experience with the ones staying open. I go yearly to celebrate my late Aunt/Mommy #2's birthday and I am hoping next year is better.
Good food at a decent price. Staff is great as well. The fried fish, fried chicken, spaghetti, and liver and onions are favorites. The turkey meal is the best value since you get stuffing included as a side. So you get 3 sides!!!
Good place to go with a group. The food is good but it's not the bragging kind of good. It is great if you have kids. They eat free 2 nights out of the week.
Love Luby's!! Been going to this one since 1992 when we moved to the area. 💙 Had fish and salad, then shared chocolate cake with my daughter. It was fantastic!!
Went to Lubys after Church last weekend and was very impressed. A meal for two for about 25$ including drinks, I got the cheese bacon steak which stretched the whole plate and was filled up with my 2 sides. We were served quickly even in the church rush and with the TVS around the place, I was still able to watch the NBA game on, I was wanting to see. This was my 2nd time here, and will gladly look to come back after Church again.
I'm only giving stars for the fish, roll, macnchz and friendly staff. The seating was dirty. The tables had plates on them from previous customers. The women's restroom was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The paper towel dispenser to the right didn't work and to the left the cover was off and on the counter. My shoes stuck to the carpet. I love Lubys but it needs a makeover.
The food was delicious as always and the waitress was extra special. I think her name was Kara or Kerrie. But she took very good care of us.
Good food but I don't know if waitress suppose to refill the glasses. Excuse from one of them was running behind however I saw her.talking to another employee.
best broccoli I've ever had

One of the only cafeteria style restaurants you can find. Good food, especially the chicken fried steak. Prices are reasonable to a little high. I think the change I would like to see would be to let the guest refill there own drinks and lose the table attendants. Having to leave a tip just for a drink refill seems pushing it a bit.
I haven't eaten at a Luby's since I was a small child but after describing the cafeteria-style restaurant to my girlfriend she insisted we go to one while we were visiting my family in Texas.
Been eating at Luby's 45+ years. Went there as a kid in Austin. Been eating at the one in Round Rock since it opened. Never I mean never a bad meal.
Went to eat with my son and the food was good but nothing special they set it up as a cafeteria style Buffet but they charge individually for each item and that super sucks
Feel jipped, bought a sirloin steak and it was hamburger meat. My girl ordered a bacon cheese steak and it was hamburger meat. Don't call a hamburger patty steak, it's really disrespectful.
