Ok, been going to this place for years with various owners. Some owners were better than others ...Today I stopped in for a chili cheese dog. The dog was pretty decent, but the cheese was not melted. The bartender told me I could have onion rings instead of fries, which I appreciated.That was the good news....When I walked in I asked for a menu. No problem scanning the QR code but it took me to a third party app I would have to install??? WTH?I did notice that their website had a stale domain, so there was no online menu other than this bogus App. I'm not sure how they plan on making money other than selling alcohol. That may work out since there were several day drinkers having fun. I saw a guy walk in and couldn't figure out how to order and then walk out.The tables had not been cleaned since last night.The whole deal seemed like a new owner that really didn't know how to run a business. Hope they figure it out soon...

The food is so good. I’ve tried the Sante Fe burger, Italian beef, the Chicago style hot dog and more. The hot dog is the real deal. Everything is well seasoned. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Where did the old owners go? The ones that had amazing Chicago style food with a real Italian beef!!! No mozzarella, gyro came with no cucumbers, no tzatziki sauce, Italian beef was cold and not wet! Barley 3 pieces of meat. Chilli chess Frieda were cold and cheese didn’t even melt! We used to come here all the time and boy will we NOT be back…. Sever/bartender was super rude about it not one sorry. Thankfully didn’t have to pay but will not be back.

Not sure how many times Google wants me to review this one but all my experiences here have been great. Nice chill spot for a day drink and some pretty decent pub food! I think most people come here just to hang out with the cool bartender though. Ha

I placed an order for food from their website and got a confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the food, I was informed that my order was never received and that “they don’t have the tablet”. Both the lady tending bar and guy in the kitchen window were absolutely no help. If they are not taking orders from that app, why is it still on their website?

The remodel is nice, but everything that was "Chicago" is out in the trash. Their is none of the Chicago memorabilia left in the restaurant. The service isn't good at all, the bartender seems to have a attitude...she was absolutely horrid. It was like I was a inconvenience, like she would rather work the bar instead of coming to the table. Food came out, I ordered 2 Chicago style dogs. They were ok, just a little under cooked. I'm from Chicago and the other so called "Chicago" style restaurant called Wise Guys in austin wasn't good either. So I was hoping that Lucky would be the place, but unfortunately it wasn't. Then the bartender had on some really short underwear aka boxer breifs on. Leaving nothing to the imagination...ABSOLUTELY TO SHORT, shorter then what they wear at Hooters. She kept pulling them out of her virginal area which was GROSS. That absolutely turned me off from eating, handling food and pulling a wedgey out of your private area without washing your hands....nope I'm good.I was very disappointed and put some clothes on the bartender....please

Great atmosphere. Tremendous and affordable food. We love the staff here. Kurstyn is the best!

I have mixed feelings about this place. When you have the bartenders attention, service is great. When his regulars show up, you might as well be on the moon, even when sitting at the front of the bar. Food was good, even though we had to ask for it twice while it sat in the window in clear view of everyone. Had it been ready before the regulars showed up, probably wouldn't have been an issue.

Delicious food! I had a BYO burger with fries and a Coke.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting for an appointment. Very friendly staff and customers! Food was great, definitely reccomend.

This place has changed so much. It used to be a great little place for families to come in and eat good food. Now it's a very unwelcoming feeling bar. The second I walked in everybody stopped talking and just looked at me like I was walking in on something private. The waitress/bartender didn't even say hi or welcome or come on in. She told me that my 2 young children were not allowed to stand next me near the bar while I looked at the menu. She was pretty rude about it so we left without ordering. Here we are the next day in the same area and decided to try again so I placed an order for pickup. (I've really been craving a sweet Italian sausage sub!) It was a 30-minute wait for the food. I arrived 5 minutes early but when i went in to pick it up, the girl said they didn't have an online order so I showed her my order confirmation and instead of apologizing she acted like I was lying about placing an order and then was annoyed that I was not happy that our food hadn't even been started yet. Had I not already paid online already for our meal I would have just left again and never came back. And the food is not as good as it used to be. Super super greasy. Ugh. .A note to the owner of this restaurant.... I saw your response to another reviewer stating that orders don't come through 75% of the time. If you know that then why are you still using the same system? It doesn't sound like a very good business decision to use an application that Is screwing you out of business and making customers wait for meals that don't get ordered. If you're aiming for five stars you better hire a different group of people and a different online ordering system.

Check your bill here against menu prices!! Bartender Raylen was inept and unpersonable and payed less attention to me then the men. Why sit at the bar for that? She then tried to overcharge, basically told me that the price the register displayed was the correct price but the menu price was way lower. She told me I was wrong but after looking I asked her twice to look she decided to check with manager...came back and made an excuse saying that "the menus just hadn't been updated yet" as she put the OLD MENU back onto the menu stack. Maybe ALL the changed prices are rung up and no one checks their bill while the menu prices are lower? Anyway suffice I won't be back here!!

Showed up to pick up my online order. They said they didn't have it so ordered again and showed them the email where I had paid. About 15 minutes later the cool tells me their chicken was spoiled so couldn't make what I ordered. I couldn't bring myself to ordering anything else.

Great staff with a great atmosphere.
