I placed an order for pickup at 6:00 PM and arrived a few minutes early at 5:55 PM. I checked in right away by submitting my name and parking spot via text, exactly as instructed. Even so, I still ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food.
At that point, it really defeats the purpose of scheduling a curbside/Togo order if you’re just going to be stuck waiting in the parking lot. And honestly, the food isn’t worth the price or the wait. Lupe Tortilla really needs to improve both the timeliness of their curbside service and the overall value of the experience.

Incredibly nice place! They even give you samples of their beef fajitas, along with chips and delicious sides everything was amazing. We really love this spot and highly recommend it. It’s family-friendly, the staff is welcoming, and the ambience makes you feel like you’re somewhere in Mexico. 🌮✨

Did a curbside order today, had to call restaurant 4x for someone to bring out food as I am currently on crutches. Took 35 mins to get order and they completely forgot my quart of margarita that was $30. Will never come to this location again.

Andres made our day! He was so sweet and attentive, checking in on my kids and me all throughout our meal. The food was just as amazing as his service—the best cheese enchiladas, delicious chicken quesadillas, and perfect chips and salsa. And the sweet tea was just right, a perfect match for the wonderful staff!

I love this place, the food is awesome and the service is providing, I frequent often, this comment is about recovery. I had a minor issue with my food but nonetheless it was taken care of promptly and professionally, thank you for everything and we will be there again soon.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. While waiting for a table (that took a little longer to get ready) I was given the wrong drink, which wasnt bad but, when we got to the table, it took forever. We were there for 2 hours, and only got chips for the first hour and a half. It took forever to get any drinks, any apps, and our entrees. Would not go again.

This was just ok for the cost. We are well versed in food and have had some great The food was served quickly and to be honest I don't understand the hype. The restaurant accommodated us and we were grateful that they did. We had a reservation and were 15 mins late

5 stars isn’t enough for this Lupe’s ! The hospitality is unmatched, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the entire staff radiates good vibes. Shoutout to the manager Jason who went above and beyond to fix a small error. True professionalism and care! This location specifically differs from the rest it felt like home. Love it here!

We are in town visiting our son who works here. We came for Sunday brunch.

Our waitress, Nelly, was wonderful!
