We've been to a couple different Lupe restaurants. Across the board the food is absolutely amazing. We love their steak fajitas! Any time we have friends visit us we bring them here for the steak fajitas. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. We usually have two toddlers and a wheelchair, so it's so helpful when they can help get us sweet up somewhere quickly where all of our different needs can be met. I would totally reccomend stopping in and bringing friends.

Good enchiladas but the refried beans were amazing! They were gently smashed and seasoned so well i usually just like charro beans and they were amazing too!

Never going back to this place again. The server was very insensitive.
I am a vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian plate. The server mistakenly served me a plate with shrimp on it. Without realizing it, I finished half the plate thinking it was the artichoke dish I had ordered. When I realized that the food I had ordered had shrimp in it, the waiter apologized at first but later went on to say, "Now you know you like shrimp, because you have finished half the plate, blah blah blah."
This was very insensitive of her to say.

I recently had the spinach artichoke enchiladas. They sounded questionable, but they were soooooooooo good!
Food was very good! Service was a bit slow, but our server was very sweet.

On Sunday, the family checked in at 1:30. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait. That's reasonable. After checking on our seating several times, we were finally seated at 3 pm. Always being told, you're up next or next 5 minutes. Once seated, order taken, we received our food at 4pm. And then, it was incomplete. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get an order that was not put in. 45 minutes to get bar drinks.
I politely had a conversation with the manager. She was courteous and gave us 20 excuses. She just transferred 2 weeks earlier to clean up the mess.
Yes, after the long wait, we could've gone somewhere else. There were 7 of us. One couple had just traveled 4 hrs. 5 of the 7 had never been there. My wif and I have, many times. Those times we visited, and those visits have been recently, the food and service have been excellent. We spent a large amount of money. Many mistakes were made without any small compensation, especially for the late dish. Given only excuses, seeing 4 to 6 employees standing around chatting. As The Sharks would say, we're out. You just lost 7 customers
I did receive a reply. You wanted certain information, and you would reach out and contact me personally. I sent you the info you requested. I've never been contacted. All you did was send the info to the unit manager who gave me all the excuses to begin with.
Amendment: After my last edit, I did receive a call from Anthony Jones. It was a very heartfelt apology. I've been in customer service my entire life. He wasn't blowing smoke. He listened, and I felt his concern. He has won us back for a revist. Thank you Anthony.

I’ve lived 2 miles away from this location for the last few years. I went there once maybe two or three years ago and had not been there since. Decided to give it a try recently and It just re-affirmed why we don’t go here as our regular Mexican food place. Santiago’s across the way in the outlet-mall is 10000% better.
First off the waiter got upset because we told him we were good on chips in a nice way, and he shaked his head in disgust after he took the chips away, keep in mind we’re pretty easy going and go with the flow. That was after a few drinks we ordered were all wrong and not made as ordered. Just asked for what we ordered.
Then the management came by and said your server is no longer your server and they would give us another server. Throughout the dinner we had 3 different servers which was kind of weird, but oh well. We treated each and everyone with respect and happiness. We eat out a lot and both my wife and I our in the customer service industry. The food also came out sub par warm not hot like Toritos or Santiago’s. It just sucked ! The weirdest part was that our original server was still serving other tables nearby. I guess he couldn’t handle someone asking for the correct order??
In a nutshell ? Go someplace else to eat, there are better places to eat that are locally small business owned with better service and better hot food.
I hope the bartender guy that picked up a few shifts as a server over the weekends finds a better fit job for him.

Great place. Smells good, smells good
Worse chilaquiles on the planet: cold egg, cold sauce, dry chips, bland cheese. Chilaquiles made by people who have never hade them before.
