I have had great service in the past but I went with my 2 daughters today and I felt scammed. They always ask how many scoops of ice cream when you order which both employees asked. I ordered a waffle bowl and asked for 2 scoops. I ordered my 5 year old a small cup with one scoop and my 8 year old a dipped cone with 1 scoop. I went to pay and the girl charged me 2 scoops for each order. I told her I only ordered 2 scoops for mine and she said the smalls are 2 scoops. Then why do you ask me how many scoops when you already determine how many the cup and cone get? I guess if you determined for me and made my ice cream I have to pay. There was a big difference in the amount of ice cream my 8 year old had in her cone (clearly one scoop) compared to my 5 year old which she had so much ice cream she didn’t even finish, it was a big waste. For the 3 of us it was $24.

It’s our family’s favorite ice cream shop. Besides the ice cream buffet where you can go and add lots of delicious toppings on top of your ice cream, they also have the most delicious cakes in Austin. Every birthday party in our family, we buy our cakes from Maggie Moo’s Round Rock!! I highly recommend it! 🍦🎂

Plenty of options, tons of mix-ins. If I had known this was a cold-slab creamery I would have been here much sooner! Great experience will definitely be back!

I ordered some ice cream today and the older lady in the dark blue that was at the register was rude to me and the kids she was working with while she was taking my payment, yelling at the other girls to ask what I had in my hands. The rest of the staff was nice
