Marco's Pizza

I am hoping the owner of this store sees this and contacts me directly.
I absolutely love Marcos Pizza, but today I had a very unpleasant customer service experience. Long story short, I was accused of stealing two pizzas by the manager, a lady who refused to give me her last name.
She called me only to accuse me of stealing from them, and then hung up on me. Turns out the personnel misplaced my pizzas (which they were running late with by over 30 mins, btw).
I will continue to buy Marcos Pizza, but definitely NOT from this location.
If you own this franchise and are reading this, I’ll be happy to provide the manager’s name privately.

We have been ordering from marcos for a few years, it use to be our favorite spot.

But over the last 6 months or so the service is worse and worse. Tonight being the worst yet.

Ordered at 629pm. We live 6 min, with traffic and 1 light away. At 740pm I finally called to check what the issue was. The guy was kind enough, but explained oh, my driver is out with 3 orders and you're his last but hes on the way. I asked, when did my food leave the store? He said. 34 min ago, it's about 9 minutes away. Which turned into almost 15 minutes.

He then acknowledged, the driver went the wrong route, you should have been 2nd on his route, but he messed up.

Say the least, we got cold, hard pizza and hour and a half later. With 0 apology or otherwise. The kid who delivered just went on a little rant about, how hard it is to find houses (he drove up and down our street on the other side of the street for almost 4 minutes before my husband finally walked out.)

i have always loved this pizza place and have been a repeating customer. but today when i ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with hot honey drizzle i was disappointed. the crust was burnt, there was no hot honey drizzle and no ranch cup. i only got the garlic parm. and i had added extra cheese which was not there at all. seriously i had paid for the extra cheese, hot honey drizzle and the cup all for nothing. money wasted.

I bought a supreme pizza and got one with no pizza sauce and no refund for their mistake. So won't be ordering anymore pizza from them.

Pizza is always delicious. They do have dine in, but its a pretty small area and customers coming in and out I wouldn't recommend eating there in times it's busy with people walking by your table

Marco's is our go-to pizza place. We usually get the x-large pepperoni magnifico, which comes with large and small pepperoni. From time to time, we get the cinnasquares for dessert, which are amazing. If you order on the website, you can usually find a deal.

Never ask for parmesan cheese or crushed red peppers, the staff demands to count them out one by one for you after having their hands in the filthy money drawer and will refuse to allow you to take as many as you need for your meal. Was directly told “I don’t trust you to take an appropriate amount”

I'm not sure what happened to this place.

It used to be good.

But the last few times I ordered it was just ok.

I got a coupon in the mail and decided to try it again. However when I typed the code in 30MPP it said it was invalid even though it does not expire for another two weeks. I'm currently searching for another delivery place. They might as well not even have a phone as they do not bother answering it. I hope they go back to the Marcos I used to know.

This location used to be great, but been going downhill over last year with just a few bad pizza makers we occasionally get in the evening. They are nice about it, but be sure to start checking your order before you leave as they skip the sauces too lately (even when ordered with pizza, image is only to show the crust)

Toppings have Never been wrong, which is very important when wife wants to split mushrooms, so still a strong 4 star.

Ordered 2 pizzas for my colleagues today to show them I appreciate them. Both pizzas arrived hot and fresh, so mission accomplished!

The pizza 🍕 was awesome and I will return 😋

Never delivered on time got the run around for hours on our pizza for kids , worst Valentine’s Day now we have kids that can’t have pizza at our school
