They don't come, they see you and they don't even help you, they leave you waiting for hours and they spend all the time talking, they don't even come up to say hey, I'll help you, nothing, they're busy, they ignore you, what a terrible service

Went there for breakfast. There was a lady at the kiosk "showing" me how to order. She was going way too fast and touching the screen for me before I had a chance to review what I wanted. As a result, I did not get what I wanted. She needs to go.

I was in the drive thru a couple of days ago and one of your manangers started disrespecting one of the employees because she wasn’t fast enough, never seen a employee get yelled like that anywhere I’ve been.

Worse McDonald’s in round rock. I jope the manager sees this. A bunch of the lady workers in the are rude. They aren’t organized at all whoever owns or is the manager of this McDonald’s needs to be fired. It’s been like this for years at this point.

I went through the drive through and had my Mcrib thrown in my bag. I went inside to get this rectified only to be met with a cruel Alejandra Perez. This lady was a cruel individual. At the end I received a call from GM Yesenia to just be told oh well sorry for what she did , oops my bad. She willl be suspended 3 days. There you go ma'am, we took care 0f lt. They didn't take care of it.

all the lights are on at 9 pm with a long line but they are closed. No signs saying that anywhere. They just dont care at all.

Hostile employees locked me out there was hair in our food took 40 mins for burger 3 fries and 2 drinks then they got 2 of the drinks wrong and left out fries

Food is generally good, but you need to check your drive through order before you leave. The last two times I didn't get my hash brown potatoes that I PAID for. Guess I'll have to go inside to make sure I don't get cheated.
The sink in the men's bathroom has a broken faucet.

My daughter and I stop here at least 3 to 4 times a week in the mornings, because it's a convenient location on our way to work. This past 2 weeks the service has been HORRIBLE!! If it's not messing up our mobile order, it's making us pull over and wait...EVERY DAY..because someone can't get their stuff together. We stop here with more than enough time to not be late, and yet we are late almost every day due to this location not being on point. Today, for example, we get to the window, and the staff proceeds to try and hand us the wrong order. We are asked once again to pull over and wait. When our order comes out, the poor lady can't even hold the tray up to give us our food, and then....WE ARE MISSING ITEMS!!! I had to pull over AGAIN to go inside and ask for what was missing....the 1st manager actually WAVED ME OFF and turned around like I wasn't speaking to her!! This is completely unacceptable behavior for a professional establishment. If this location is privately owned, I highly suggest the owners take a long look at who they have hired here. Needless to say....your once regular customers are not coming back. DO BETTER!!!
