We stopped to eat and use the bathroom. There was a flood in the bathroom of water worker did not care to address it. An employee was using the bathroom for a while and did not wash her hands so we just walked out and did not eat there.

The wait is entirely too long at this location and it doesn't matter if you're in the drive thru line or if you go inside. Ordering online has a ridiculous wait time to pickup as well. The food isn't always fresh when I order in the evening and is usually cold by the time I get home which is 5 minutes away.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s to ever be open! Two drive-through lanes and apparently there’s no sign that shows any line is closed yet. I wait 25 minutes in line as it’s packed around the building just to show up for them not to take my order, but for them to take three more orders on the other lane. This was my second time coming to this McDonald’s first time they got my food wrong and charged more than what I even received. I ordered a number one big Mac with no lettuce no tomatoes and it came with. It seemed like extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Not only is this just sand, but this is what the world is coming to

Really bad service just for a large coke and a simple double cheese Burguer without pickles I had wait for almost 10-15 minutes outside

It was GREAT!!! The playground was 😍 fantastic! Cynthia was amazing, trying this place is a have-to-go.

This place is taking advantage of people. I paid 5.73 more at this place for the same order. The other McDonald's that charges less us only a couple exits away. This one is also near two schools so you know they are ripping off students as well. See my receipts

This McDonald's is horrible.I ask for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich.That gave me a mixed crispy sandwich.They don't know how to listen.They don't know how to pay attention.They just hire any kind of kids to work there

The wait in the line for drive thru was terrible. It should never be more than 5 minutes but this was way more as customers line up 5- 6 deep waiting on one car at the last window to get his food. Push that last car over to the wait isle and not leave him at the window. Don't make people in the back wait for longer orders.
And once I received my food, it was luke warm and almost cool/cold. This was at near 9pm when they are less busy.

Ok, only negative thing about this particular McDonald's is that YOU have to order from the kiosk. Only exception is senior coffee because it's discounted at register. I did try to order the $99.99 small tea that's on the kiosk. I told the lady I wanted to try it. She said they don't sell it. I don't think she liked my humor..but take it off the kiosk if not available :). I thought maybe I could win a big monopoly prize with that $99.99 tea.
Staff was very friendly thou.
