I ordered a large fry and fudge sunday for my daughter in the drive thru. I had to wait for the 5 cars in front of me to get their food. My Sunday was melted when it was passed to me. When I asked them about it they treated me like I was stupid becouse I wasn't speaking Spanish. No spoon. No ketchup. This isn't the first time everyone there pretended they didn't speak English.

Crazy experience, just stopped to get a cheeseburger, got it payed asked for a barbecue, the lady looked at me like I asked her for 10pounda of gold. it’s just barbecue. Started eating the meat wasn’t cooked frozen meat the cheese was frozen to the meat. Made me throw up please McDonald’s like actually cook you’re meals

The food is great! The drinks were messed up, a Dr pepper and a regular Coca Cola were given when 2 diet cokes were ordered. Cynthia provides great customer service and creates a great atmosphere!

Got breakfast this morning. Ordered the mcgriddle with bacon, which is simply the #5 on the breakfast menu. They gave me the mcgriddle buns with bacon only and nothing else. I didn't complicate my order at all and say just bacon or that I didn't want egg and cheese, so I'm not sure how they got confused. On the receipt it said sausage micgriddle sub bacon. Learn your own menu and to listen please.

Coming here expecting five star Michelin service from a fast food joint is ridiculous. If you wanted that you’re at the wrong place. These people work hard to bring you cheap and affordable food. Anyone who complains should just hire a personal chef or stop being so lazy and actually cook for your kids.

I only go here because it so close to my house. This is the worst McDonald's in Round Rock
The inside is not clean, dirty floors and bathrooms.
They messed up my orders
I would recommend you go to the one on 79 by the HEB

I've come here many times and usually it's good but I would avoid curbside at this location. They take forever to bring out the food and i have have to go inside to get my food on a couple occasions

20 min for an order and when I got it, there was no juice for one my kids. Seriously?

There are tons of McDonald's nearby so don't waste your time on this one because the employees have no idea what they're doing or simply don't care.
