Me and a few other cars pulled out of the drive thru without ordering any food because no one acknowledged us. I do not blame the person who actually showed up to work today. But where is the district manger? If you have a store whose team members did not show up, you’re just going to let the one or few people who did drown? Give the people who did show up a raise.

I swear, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It smells awful, it's filthy everywhere, and the service is terrible. Disgusting!

Check all your bags before leaving the window. I always try to give this McDonald's a chance, but they fail me every single time by always forgetting our items. I trust the employees too much because they name off the items in my order as they hand me my bags, but then we get home and find they forgot my kids' food or forgot mine or my husband's. I go to this location cause it's convenient to grab after work or after I pick my kids up. But getting home to find stuff missing is just so disappointing and frustrating since it's too far to drive back over to at this point. One time they had me move forward to wait for a 20pc chicken nugget. I waited 20 minutes before I found a chance to move back to the window and ask where they were. Girl told me they forgot... Today it wasn't even busy. There was no line in the drive thru. Employees need to check items before handing them out. Got home and found they forgot mine and my husband's food. Thankfully the kids got their's at least.. Just so disappointing.

I know that 5:30 am is early, but the morning staff really have it together! I’ve been coming to this location in the early mornings for months, and not only is the staff friendly and cheerful but the food is consistently good too. Also want to mention that every morning someone is cleaning the outside of the property as well. Hope they use the morning shift at this store as a template for other locations.

Ordered a Big Mac meal large. Chicken wrap, 2 McDoubles no onions. And a L Dr Pepper.
Everything came out as ordered. Fresh, and nicely bagged. I even got napkins in my bag without having to ask!
They were busy when I went! But they were very efficient in using the 3 windows for pay, and 2 for pick up. The people working were helpful friendly and fast!
