I had a very frustrating experience here. I ordered a smoothie and was surprised at checkout with an added almond milk upcharge that was never mentioned. When I questioned it, the cashier claimed she thought I overheard another customer’s order, which is not acceptable. I was clearly not part of that conversation, and she never asked me directly.

When I said I didn’t want the drink anymore, I was pressured into paying for it anyway, even after the upcharge was removed. She even mumbled about having 14 years of experience, but that doesn’t excuse trying to “shark” customers into paying hidden fees.

This felt manipulative and unprofessional. Customers should never feel hustled or guilted into paying for something they no longer want, especially when there was no clear communication about extra charges. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Mother Nature Cafe is a gem! The service is wonderfully attentive, making you feel right at home. I was blown away by their amazing smoothies – so affordable and packed with inclusive ingredients for everyone. They truly have a solution for every taste and dietary need. I highly recommend this cafe for a refreshing and delightful experience!
