Very bad experience. I walked in at 11:30ish on a Sunday and was immediately sat by a very nice lady. She removed my existing dip powder and then I had to sit and wait for the nail tech to get there, approximately 30 mins. The man gets there and starts on my nails. He was so rough! He buffed my nails down so much it was painful. He filed my nails way too much, cutting the tips of my fingers in the process and causing me to bleed. First time here and super happy with my nails. I was looking for Big Apple Red but there wasn't OPI gel available so went with #67 Fire Engine Red. Great color!! Love how my nails and toes turned out. Wearing a little black dress tonight for a wedding and the nails are the perfect way to give a pop of color.

Staff is incredibly nice, facility appeared clean, and refreshments were offered. I only knocked 1 star off because a menu of pedicure options wasn't offered. I always select a pedicure that includes longer massaging, exfoliating etc. Before the nail tech finished my pedi, she rubbed lotion into my feet and legs for a few minutes. I prefer a longer, more relaxing pedicure experience.
