I've been to outback several times, but not recently and I'd be hard pressed to return.
We went on veterans day for the special free veterans meal. It came with a soup, salad, entree and cheesecake for desert. Cup of soup was small but good. Salad was ok too.
The steak however was without doubt the worst I've ever had. Though it was cooked medium rate, it looked terrible and was really tough and tasteless . The 6 Oz sirloin didn't look like a steak, but more like a miniature pot roast. Looking back I should have asked for another, but hindsight is 20 20.
Desert was another disaster. Cheesecake was offered but they ran out. We were asked to wait until the manager returned with a new supply. We waited a while then had to leave so I asked for a substitute, willing to pay the difference for something higher priced. I was told no substitutions. We got a card to return and get the cheesecake at our next visit. So no cheesecake for me, and this veteran thing didn't work.
Overall, we were very disappointed since it's been good in the past and generally gets good reviews.
We went for diner in. No Outback bread, no Cheese cake, no Chocolate cake. The said to us that last night everything was gone.
They charged us with out offering us , the Cheese cake, we ordered the $20,00 menu with three courses. They charge us with out brought us the cake. When I asked fot it, they responded they do not have it. They offer us a Chocolate cake and the gave a a little piece of Brownie. I ordered my steak with out pepper and was so spice . I couldn't eat it.
Never come back to that place.
Thanks

The service here was very slow despite the restaurant being empty. Aside from my 6OZ steak being under cooked, the food was good. Advertised a 3 course meal but didn't have any desserts. They could of switched it with something else but choose not to on Veterans day.

Emerson and Donte were absolutely amazing! Handled the bar like a pro and kept the food rolling in during an absolutely busy day!

Food was good but waitress at the bar was atrocious. I’m surprised she has a job there. It’s Veterans Day and she had zero respect. Food and drinks were delayed and with an attitude when asked about it. That’s unacceptable. Even when I asked for a check she deliberately ignored us to take orders and made us wait 15 more minutes. We were at the bar with ten people. Not exactly rocket science. I will never visit this establishment again. I prefer Texas Roadhouse now

They were extremely busy. Veterans Day dinner. The staff did an awesome job considering the amount of people. The host did great as did my waitress.
Thank Outback for providing a great meal for myself and family.

Went for lunch and ordered Veterans day special. Steak was overseasoned. Broccoli was done just right.
Staff was a bit overwhelmed but very friendly.
