My daughter and I went here to celebrate her birthday, and arrived early to ensure it wouldn't be too crowded to be seated quickly....around 5:10pm. We were seated quickly, and had a wonderful dining experience overall. Delicious food, stellar wine selection, lovely waitperson. It wasn't until we were preparing to leave that things went down hill. Our table was cleared and we were waiting to sign for the meal when the Hostess from the front came to the table and asked if she could remove my water glass. I was still finishing my wine and told her I wanted to keep my water, and she responded by telling us that we had 10 minutes to finish and leave before she needed our table. It was really bizarre honestly. We arrived a little after 5pm, and it was around 6:15 pm when she was ready to boot us out the door. We specifically arrived early so we wouldn't have to be rushed, and up to the time of her comment, everything had been wonderful. So unnecessarily rude, and disappointing to have such a nice evening ended so poorly. The table behind us had been there longer than we had, so I'm not sure why she targeted us specifically. There were also very few people at the door when we left. Makes me hesitate to go back even though everyone else we dealt with was so professional and service-minded.

My husband and I were greeted with a "hello, do you have a reservation"? The hostess seemed annoyed with us and wasn't friendly.
The waitress was helpful with food selections. She was polite.
Where they shined was with the food. I had chicken Alfredo with ravioli. I would recommend the food.

Love the fettucine with the mushroom cream sauce. Would definitely eat that again.

Food is alright. I've been here twice and had 2 different dishes. Both were a bit disappointing. Service was great though and atmosphere is a bit boring.

The food here was amazing. My daughter had a small spaghetti with red basil sauce. I had the sausage and cream sauce pasta. We both tried both and both loved both. Bread was great. Would have liked a wider variety of appetizers. Wait staff was fantastic. The only knock I have is that they close at 8:45 PM. We arrived at 8:25 and weren’t “greeted” until 8:30. The older woman that came forward clearly didn’t want to be there. She said she hoped we knew what we wanted because they close in 15 minutes. She mentioned she works 3 jobs later in the evening and I get it, but 2 guests came in after us (4 top and 8 top) and she didn’t want to seat them. Said there was only one table. There were clearly plenty and said they could sit at the bar. So as we walked to the table my daughter and I decided to sit at the bar so the 4 top could be seated. No idea if either table was sat. Closing at 8:45 is bizarre. And when you have paying customers lined up you’d think you’d want to serve them. Plenty of customers still inside as we left.

Ravioli was stale and dry. Chicken Parmigiana was HUGE. Cannoli was heavy and the dulce de Leche tasted like condensed milk. The servers were delightful. The atmosphere was wonderful with private booths that made conversation possible. Wasn't thrilled that they had TVs playing but they weren't visible to all seats.

Very disappointed. My husband and I were excited to try their pasta. The two red sauces we picked were very sweet without much flavor other than a Chef Boyardee/ can sauce flavor. There was so much sauce that we didn’t enjoy the pasta. The portions are large. However, sadly didn’t want to bring any home. The wine list was also lacking.

I've had better boxed spaghetti from Walmart. The lasagna is ok if you're desperate. The servers are great. The atmosphere is good. The wine list is decent.

I have been -some what regularly- going to Palermo for about 5 years. Love their pasta options, the sauces, and the calzone. My favorite dessert ever was the Dulce de Leche cannoli. The only place that serves that option of flavor, because of their Argentinian vibe I suppose.
Recently I’ve noticed the consistency and flavor was a bit different. Tried it 2 or 3 times since. I’m sad that it’s not as it used to be. I don’t know if they change the brand or mixed with something else. It’s not bad, but it’s not as amazingly delicious as it was before.

Their website offers nowhere to order online and repeatedly says to call us… But then they don’t answer the phone. Highly inconvenient especially for food delivery services that have to place the order and not making much to begin with

My wait staff was rude. When asked what she recommended, she went over the menu as if I could not read! It was my first time here and I value their input. She very abruptly placed my salad plate in front of me, When she brought me my main dish, she didn’t make eye contact, She actually was facing away from me and placed my plate in front of me , and not once did she ask me how I was doing or if I needed anything else.

Food is great. However this place has unusual sitting practices
A while ago we showed at 8:00 PM and were told that tk was near close time (45 minutes later). And had to go elsewhere

Today we were informed that they had a large group and we had to wait. This is despite having plenty of tables available. Why wouldn't they sit you at a table and offer a drink on the meantime ?

We’ve eaten here many times. Service, atmosphere and food have always been good. We needed to order takeout on a Friday evening. I based our order on the portion sizes we’ve received dining in. The take out portions were smaller than dining in so we were scrambling for enough food to feed everyone. Also, finding a spot to park to just pick up food is insane. There are no designated parking spots to be able to run in and out.
