I came here expecting delicious Mexican ice cream/snacks. Right off the bat the lady working there was talking on the phone and didn’t seem to have no urgency to attend us. We ordered nachos with queso and jalapeños and one scoop of icecream. For those 2 items and 1 candy my kid wanted it all came out to $14! I was already shook about the price in itself compared to other Paleterias I can get a lot more with this amount. She took so long to prepare the nachos and she microwaved the queso. The nachos were stale and the queso had a nasty taste. Would not recommend at all.

The best experience yesterday, Saturday the 18th, I was here and I will definitely return. I loved this place. The best place for Mexican snacks. Excellent service. The young woman served me very kindly and very quickly. The taste of everything was delicious and I loved their pineapple water with orange. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. This will be my favorite favorite place.

Two stars because the treats are delicious, but it’s so inconvenient to go here. Their hours are super erratic not even open some days, very random. Half the times I go here they don’t have things ready so ordering a cup of corn will take like half an hour. They usually only have one person working and there is absolutely no sense of urgency so if there are a couple people ahead of you expect for it to take an eternity. It’s conveniently located near my house, but I’m gonna go a little further down the road for better service. Hope they figure it out.

Couldn't get anyone to take our order. People walked in after us and also were ignored. They gave up and left before my group did. There were 2 staff members in the back and they knew we were there.

First time being here and the girl acts like we were bothering her. And talking to us like we were dumb. Soooo not cool!!! Management needs to talk to their employees. Not coming here again . And I will tell everyone not to come.

Great selection Amazing fresas con crema and the corn cup was so fresh and delicious the owner was so nice and respectful I will come here more often !!! ????

This our 2nd time trying this place. Better experience from the first. My kids loved all the treats we got: Mangonada, Tostilocos, Fresas con Crema and Copa de Elote. The lady working there that day was nice, friendly and quick. Photo credit: my kids. ?

I’ve been wanting to go there for a while. The girl who did my ice cream did a really good job. I’m definitely coming back :)
