We came yesterday at night and they had new items that were delicious! like the new fresas congelas, las tres marias, and the concha’s locas, We will definitely be coming back!

I loved this place and my kids did too the staff was AMAZING and even made my kids feel at home

Best delicious ice cream, popsicle y mangonada woow!!! Everything!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Waste of time the hours aren’t accurate and I drove out of my way to come here it’s listed as open and you get there and they are closed

Website says 8:30 but I got here at 7:50 and drove 20 minutes and it’s closed. Inaccurate hours.

Closing time is incorrect shows 8:30pm but around 5pm it’s already closed

I alway get here between 1-1:30 and this place is always closed. Never opens when it’s suppose to.

Best paletas in town! I love getting a chocolate dipped paleta dredged in nuts and coconut flakes. Great snacks and ice cream too.

Super delicious dorilocos especially the pico de gallo they add to them.

Please change the cashier, the brunette who is there takes too long to make an order and it seems that she is doing a favor in attending when one is paying for what is being consumed, it is annoying to wait a long time for the order, I ordered a snow and it was all melted I asked her to change it for me and she got upset, bad service

Nice workers and tasty food. My friend always gets her elote here. I like the Popsicles.

I had a disappointing experience at Paleteria La Selva. The ice cream bars were bland and lacked the vibrant flavors I expected from a place with such a variety of options. The staff seemed disinterested and weren’t helpful when I asked for recommendations. The shop itself felt cluttered and not very clean, which made the visit less enjoyable. Overall, it didn’t live up to the hype, and I wouldn’t rush back.

I gave this place a try hoping to support a small local business, but I seriously regret it. The customer service is awful. The owner acts like she’s doing you a favor by taking your order, and if you ask any questions or mention something isn’t right, she gets an attitude immediately.

The fruit wasn’t even that fresh — some pieces in my cup were mushy, and the toppings tasted old. On top of that, they overcharged me without explaining the prices. When I politely asked about the total, the owner snapped at me and said “That’s what it is — if you don’t like it, don’t come back.”

I don’t know how a business can run like this and expect people to return. Definitely won’t waste my time or money here again.

This place was entirely unprofessional and undoubtedly rude. The lady who had tended to me had given me the incorrect item and did not come out to what I had asked. I informed the lady of this politely and she seemed to have understand. I had asked for another item as well in which I had received and it came time to check out. The lady had informed me of the price and I was in utter shock as I had asked for a mango cup, corn cup and last lastly one scoop of mango ice cream and it came to $30!!! I had asked for clarification and she had charged me for the item that I did not ask for. She refused to remove it from the receipt forcing me to pay. I suggest anyone who thinks to go to this place to think twice of their rotten fruits and rotten behavior.

i went there with family to get some ice cream n fruit cups .. they end up giving us a wrong item. and after letting them know , they put the item to the side n still charged me for it . i don’t recommend this place for anyone . rude people n they charge u for items that you didn’t even want .
