When ordering the broccoli/beef bowl, don't expect much beef. I got 3 small pieces. For $9, I don't want mostly rice and 5 pieces of broc. I don't come here very often, it'll become much less going forward.

I use Uber Eats and this place gets my orders wrong half the time or misses an item. I have to always get an Uber refund for the missing item. Why? This last time my drink was missing. Other times rice was missing. Another time the chicken was old and spongy. Can't you people get this stuff right and give the Uber drivers the full items in the orders?

Very slow service for mobile/delivery orders. They don't care about customers' time. The ordering/prepping procedure is a chaos during peak hours. The servers/cashiers/managers have no clue what they are doing, ignoring the customers who are waiting all the time. Remember to give feedback on the receipt or the app or email. Some insiders said it's associated with their bonus.

Not sure why this place has that many 1 stars lately, but the food and employees here are super friendly. Ayman went above and beyond when I was there. It's clean and the food is good. Not much more to ask from a fast food place.

This obviously annoyed the drive thru server. Well, VANESSA A., because I’m slightly deaf from one ear, I’m sorry if I had to ask you twice or didn’t know the sauces you had available!! So, thank you SO MUCH FOR RUINING my desire to EVER go back to PANDA EXPRESS #1590 in Round Rock, TX on Palm Vally. #NEVERAGAIN #CUSTOMERSERVICESUCKS

Worker Ayman Hamid was an absolute delight to have serving my food tonight. He told me all about his family and kids that he is trying to support since his wife died back in Vietnam. There were some bear hairs in my food but that doesn't matter because he kept me entertained while helping other customers like the pro multitasker he is. I hope they give him a pay raise because he was an absolute joy!
