My wife went to panda through the drive thru and we were given two plates full of hard chewy orange chicken bits none of which actually had chicken in them as if they ran out and just fried batter pieces and my Beijing beef was the same way but was also very dry I’ve worked at panda before when I was younger and this is embarrassing putting this on someone’s plate and charging them for it is disgusting employees should be required to show the plate to the customer in the drive thru to prevent under portioning and serving inedible food won’t be going here anymore

They told me to pull up and wait that I would take 7 to 8 minutes.. 15 minutes later I came back around through the drive-thru.. they said oh! Uh.. in other words, they forgot about me.. so I said how about you give me a refund.. this old man had the gall to tell me that refunds were against their policy.. I don't think so.. More than one way to skin a cat 💯 .. And I'm pretty sure, that's what they're cooking 🤮👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 worst Panda Express ever!!

The noodles were dry as sand. The chicken was full of fat, chewy, and undercooked. The vegetables were not fresh and had a bitter taste. The sauce was very salty.

I honestly like the food they serve, but my husband didn't enjoy his food much, so I'm giving it 4stars. I gave 5 stars on the service even though the stuff doesn't really speak clear English, but she's trying. The food is tasty, and I feel like it's clean compared to other Chinese foods from other restaurants.
