My wife went to panda through the drive thru and we were given two plates full of hard chewy orange chicken bits none of which actually had chicken in them as if they ran out and just fried batter pieces and my Beijing beef was the same way but was also very dry I’ve worked at panda before when I was younger and this is embarrassing putting this on someone’s plate and charging them for it is disgusting employees should be required to show the plate to the customer in the drive thru to prevent under portioning and serving inedible food won’t be going here anymore

They told me to pull up and wait that I would take 7 to 8 minutes.. 15 minutes later I came back around through the drive-thru.. they said oh! Uh.. in other words, they forgot about me.. so I said how about you give me a refund.. this old man had the gall to tell me that refunds were against their policy.. I don't think so.. The noodles were dry as sand. The chicken was full of fat, chewy, and undercooked. The vegetables were not fresh and had a bitter taste. The sauce was very salty.

I honestly like the food they serve, but my husband didn't enjoy his food much, so I'm giving it 4stars. I gave 5 stars on the service even though the stuff doesn't really speak clear English, but she's trying. The food is tasty, and I feel like it's clean compared to other Chinese foods from other restaurants.

I drive through this location quite a bit. This was second time in last 2 weeks oder was wrong when getting home and food was subpar. I will have to start verifying order is correct before driving away, even if there is a line which is inconvenient for everyone.
15 March2025 8:45pm. Dropping the rating. Ordered online and sent my kid to pick it up like I've done 1000 times before at multiple places. This has to be the fifth time at this location on the past few months. This time for some reason instead of a simple transition I get three calls from my kid saying they won't give it to him. I send the screen shots and we explain it's my order. Finally logic prevailed and after my food sits in the middle of this dispute for 10 minutes (,cold now) he drives away with it. I'll drive or send him the extra five minutes to go to the Cedar Park location going forward. There's no justifying this. He's not picking up the US nuke codes. It's not a package from the Wuhan lab that has to be carefully passed off to the correct person. We're talking $30 of fast food ordered online that is now cold.

I came through the drivethru tonight after a rough day and the sweetest lady took my order. She was so kind and had the biggest smile in her face and my food was delicious! 10/10 from me she deserves a raise for being so sweet!!!!!

This place was good a couple of times, but the last three times I came here I regret it. The food seems to be so inconsistent. Today I got half fried rice and half super greens with orange chicken. The rice was alright but seemed dry. The chicken tasted old though. Some pieces were even slightly on the colder side. Food quality is just not good here and won’t be back again.
