This papa John’s is slow as hell for pickup, it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or im the only order, whether im 20 minutes away or right down the street, I always end up having to wait 15+ minutes because they haven’t started making my order until I get here

I picked up an order and when I got home realized they made it wrong. I called the store and a manger said I would be refunded to my gift card. After no refund in 2 weeks, I emailed the support line and someone from district management said they would reach out to the owner/franchise operator and get them to contact me about the status of my refund.

After waiting another weeks I followed up and they responded that they would try again to contact the local store and get them to contact me.

It's been over 3 weeks since the initial order and Still no refund. It's obvious the franchise owner doesn't care.

Pizza was very good. Good amount of toppings, sauce, and crust was good. Much better than my experience with Domino's in the last 6 months.

Order from here all the time and it's great but the pizzas are never cut all the way through so I have to cut them myself after it's delivered. Everytime btw. Could you please take a little extra time and cut them properly.

Not the papa John’s I grew up with. Used to be my favorite, but damn they ruined it.

Ordered a pizza and this is how it arrived....

Update: Staff was super nice when I called in and sent me a replacement that arrived in about 40 minutes

We ordered on the phone. System recogized us and took our order. Food never arrived. We called back for the status an hour later and they have no recollection of our order. When we called back the system recognized us and routed as youd expect. When we sought help we got none. They charged us, we see hit our card but they can't refund. They can do anything really. They told us to call back in the morning because I guess only Phillip knows what's going on. It's been years since we had Papa John's and was excited about the change but why bother at this point. No accountability. No one offering a solution. Just "go figure it out yourself customer." No you don't get a refund or a pizza. I'd recommend a different location or a different pizza joint.

The pizza barely had toppings. It had no flavor and it was hard as a rock. The worst pizza I’ve ever had!

I ended up with three pizzas. The second one was best and the third was so heavy, the girl that delivered it pulled it out of delivery bag towards her and all the pizza fell toward the front. When I opened the box, the pizza was all in the front of the box.. It was horrible experience. And I love Papa Johns hadn't eaten it in years!

We all know what we're getting ourselves into here:

1. Don't expect the pizza to be made correctly
2. Expect waits up to 1 hour if busy
3. This is what we get for ordering cheap pizza
4. Staff was friendly & trying to do their best

one of my pizzas was supposed to be square cut but it was normal cut, went in and talked to Phillip and he really took care of us. he made us a new pizza and he was so sincere and nice. will definitely come back again. thanks Phillip!!
