Ordered online again and again they still don't seem to understand how to read the orders. I'm not sure if they just don't want to get the 2 liter sodas or what but I'm not going to be ordering from this store anymore

I frequent this location because of its convenience, and the staff are always pleasant.

This time, I placed an online order for what I thought was a large (16”) specialty pizza. I arrived at the location and Brittany greeted me with a smile. I picked up my pizza and returned home.

I arrived home and discovered what I thought was a medium pizza. I called to report it, and the employee mentioned that they were confident that it was made to order; but extended the offer refund or remake it for the inconvenience.

I returned with what I thought was the incorrectly sized pizza, and Shanice explained the difference between the large (14”) and extra large (16”) pizza sizes, which I completely mistook. I was extremely apologetic, my heart dropped and I felt horrible about myself.

Although it was an oversight on my part, Shanice was still pleasant, professional and handled my oversight with grace. She also offered me the additional pizza for the inconvenience with a smile.

Ultimately, my relatives enjoyed the pizza, just as I did. I greatly appreciate Shanice and Brittany for their sacrifice to be at work in the very cold weather, and their commitment to great customer service! Their service and commitment allowed me to provide my relatives with a hot and delightful pizza.

Way to go, Shanice and Brittany!

This location suffers from topping centric pizzas leaving nothing near the crust, a failure to pop bubbles while the pizza is cooking, which displaces the toppings, and an inability to actually *cut* your pizza, forcing one to check that the pizza is cut before leaving. Every time over the course of months, it has not been cut all the way. This is not a difficult task, since I did this successfully in college, nor should I be made to feel like the bad guy simply because I want the service performed adequately. The managers will give you an attitude, then tell you "good luck" contacting the owners when you ask. The food still tastes good, but they're just assembling the food and mixing the tomato sauce with the spiced sugar mixture from the parent company. Avoid this location. I just get pizza from Domino's instead, because it doesn't taste like cardboard like back in the day and they actually cut the food.

I placed an advance order for delivery, but less than 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival, I received a call informing me they couldn't deliver the food because they had no drivers available. They also couldn't use DoorDash to get it to us. This is the second time they've canceled a delivery order at the last minute. If delivery isn't possible, why wait so long to cancel?

Although the food was good, they didn’t give me any of the extra sauces we ordered. I wouldn’t upset if they only forgot to pack one sauce, but we ordered multiple and got none. They already charge almost $1 per sauce so that annoyed me.

I wish workers would double check they fulfilled the order correctly before passing it to the customers. Sometimes we don’t think to check before leaving the store because we’re in a rush or just assuming everything is there.

The person at the register very rude it was 8pm on this 10th.

The manager of this store is rude (he said his name is John). I was there tonight 09/01/2024 around 8:15 pm to make a delivery. He demanded I walk back to my car to get a pizza bag that I keep in my car, and I said I keep it there to keep it clean. He said he didn’t care and snatched the pizza out of my hand. I only make about $2 delivering that pizza as an independent driver, so it’s insult to injury to showing disrespect to me as a driver (not on Papa John’s clock). I called the store to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager, he said he banned me from delivering from there (for refusing to accept his disrespectful behavior), which isn’t needed as I won’t be delivering from this store again unless he’s not there. He also hung up on me. I would like to speak to their corporate store or the owner but I have a feeling they don’t care considering all the bad reviews here….

We had order food from door dash the order was confirmed from door dash and from u guys. We reached there around 11:50 to pick up the order but this guy was as like we never got the order but on the door dash app it showed it was ready. He was very rude to us and first place he said he never got the Order but when I asked him abt the foood that he had in his hand while he was leaving he was like this not what u order. Soo my question is how he knows what I order since he never got the order . And there was one girl with him to . And they were not wearing names tags otherwise I would I mentioned those people name for sure . This is how u guys treat customers. I hope u guys fired these 2 people the girl and the boy. I guess it should be easy for u guys to find out who was working.

Closed an hour early even though door dash orders are going through. The guy said “I’m not making anymore orders tonight, we won’t be open til tomorrow”. Closed at 10:59 when store is open til 12:00.
