Papa Johns Pizza

A single worker right before lunch. Absurd. I waited for 10 minutes to even be spoken to.

And before you go blame your ONE EMPLOYEE and end up not having ANYONE to man your store, maybe instead find out why you can't have at least two people in the store prior to lunch.

Halloween and they were so slammed and their systems were down! I feel for them. Our order was late but they were trying their best and the manager/person I spoke to was calm, collected, and friendly. We did get our pizzas for the group of girls at our house so we are happy! Thanks y’all!

Placed an online pickup order for three pies several hours in advance for 6:15 pm. Received my pies at 7:05 pm. 50 minutes of waiting at the store, with nowhere to sit down, and without being acknowledged! No apology from the team member, at all. This kind of treatment is horrendous. It'll be Domino's next time, for sure.

Our order was delivered 20 minutes late. The garlic knots were not cooked and they were out of root beer so they gave us mountain dew 🤢. We're uninstalling the app and giving our business to someone else.

Why is it that not a single pizza can be cut right. None of them are cut through completely. Each piece just rips over and over ruining the whole thing.

Order was delivered to a house we couldn’t locate(the house described did not fit any house on our street). I was told a re-delivery would take another 20-30 minutes. It took a little over an hour. Once we received our order there were items missing. The driver was DoorDash and told us the person working at Papa John’s never handed out the items that were missing. I called for about 10 minutes straight trying to reach anyone at any extension and no one ever picked up. One star from my family.

I enjoy getting my pizza here!! They work hard and try to satisfy the customer. I can see them trying their best, and that is all we can ask. Thank you!

They have no prices for the pizzas at all AND ask the cashier what was the prices. AND dint know he just said Is expensive so 38 dollars for 2 pepperoni pizza Is not a regular price i think need to be More people tha can take care of there customers AND know they prices i been to other papá jhons AND they aré able to tell u the prices Also they dont give me a recipt something Is going on at this location would not go again no receipt Is not aceptable

I’ve been waiting three months for a refund on an order I never received! I’ve called three times, left two emails, and was promised once by the manager and once by the district manager that I would get my money in 3-5 business days. Every time I go to order from this location I check my bank and notice the many hasn’t been returned. I am giving them one last chance to make it right. If they fail to I will be disputing the charge and filling a letter with the better business bureau.

I’m sitting here waiting on my order and for a busy Friday evening I just want to tell your team that they were all respectful and the team was communicating with one another and they all stepped in for one another. Nobody appeared lazy so kudos to y’all. Keep up the good work. 💯

If I could give zero stars, I would. 3 hours from the time we ordered on the app and still no pizza. And they won't answer the phone. There is zero chance I order from this place again.
