Papa Johns Pizza

I’m sitting here waiting on my order and for a busy Friday evening I just want to tell your team that they were all respectful and the team was communicating with one another and they all stepped in for one another. Nobody appeared lazy so kudos to y’all. Keep up the good work. 💯

If I could give zero stars, I would. 3 hours from the time we ordered on the app and still no pizza. And they won't answer the phone. There is zero chance I order from this place again.

Sadly, I waited over an hour and half and then got the notification it was delivered - no delivery occurred. Tried calling several times and no answer.

Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for a delivery and still haven't received my order! Talked to manager at the store and was basically told it wasn't her fault! I will never order from here again!

Update: spoke to the general manager and I must say she has a whole different attitude and outlook on the job at hand versus the management team I spoke to. She definitely seems like she has a lot on her plate but is definitely doing the best she can to make sure customers are happy. I will give them another shot sometime in the near future

The customer service is abysmal at this establishment. The shift manager is rude and the staff members are as well. Given the copious amounts of choices in pizza restaurants in and around Round Rock that are superior to Papa John’s at a similar price point, I suggest dining elsewhere. It would behoove Papa John’s to replace their staff so they don’t loose anymore customers. After all, in the current economy you can find willing employees anywhere. Many of whom won’t be rude to your customers.

I really hate to write bad reviews, but this place definitely earned it. My order took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, the drink was missing and the pizza wasn’t even sliced. Things happen, I get it, no big deal. So I called the store to ask if the drink could be sent out, and the guy on the phone acted like I was lying—told me he cut the pizza and bagged the drink himself, then blamed the driver. He said he’d send the drink again. Shockingly, it never came. The pizza was mid and cold by the time I had to slice it myself. Just a lazy, careless experience all around

Ordered pizza with a tip and it never came. 2hrs after my order was placed they didn't answer the phone. I called multiple times with no answer after waiting 15 minutes. Don't order here you might not get your order.

I actually love this place. Been ordering for over 5 years. I accidently made the mistake of ordering carryout on mother's day. I knew it was trouble when I came in and there was 8 doordash bags pushing onto the counter. The next hour was a mix of people people canceling, coming back, getting increasingly frustrated. Two people quit or left immediately during the rush. With one man left standing againts the tide of a now 10+ army of dashers I thought they would storm the kitchen. Didn't get my order by the time I threw in the towel but the experience was as fun as any reality show. Owners, please help your staff stay afloat. One guy manning 25+ orders an hour is an obvious fallout.

Laziest, slowest, employees at this one store. Worst customer service I've ever seen. If I was the General Manager here I'd check in on these employees s little more often.

Waited almost an hour after ordering just for the manager to tell me they have to cancel my order. Absolute dumpster fire. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

I canceled my order and spoke with the manager who apologized and gave me some excuse and told me he was going to refund my card, 30 minutes later a driver with a pizza showed up I told him I canceled the pizza and he said he knows and the manager is giving me the pizza for free so I tipped the driver and took the burnt, cold, and big spots missing cheese. I check my card and he lied to me and never refunded my money so now I'm disputing it because they tried to steal my money
