Tegan is a fantastic manager: She knows my order and the way we like it made and gets started on it when we pull up in our car! There are many times I have gone in when she is not there and the service is fine. However, yesterday I was greeted by EVA! She is amazing! She greeted me with a genuine smile and was extremely friendly and professional. Papa Murphy's found a diamond in the rough with her. I left very happy! Thank you Eva for being so sweet and helpful!

Ordered a Taco pizza ahead of time, followed the instructions but pizza was still doughy in the center. By the time the crust was fully cooked all toppings were burnt. Disgusting. Called for a refund (obviously old dough and premade too early), met with a rude employee who told me to escalate to the store manager, not their problem. Wish there was a 0 star rating for service specifically, I’d still rate the inedible pizza 1 star for trying to rise up.

It was a very nice pizza, a bit pricey to be unbaked, but it's a better pizza than the chains make and still pretty convenient.

Best pizza with the best prices; their pan crust is way better than the others' (not too greasy and not too dry)!

Big fan of their pizzas. The ingredients are natural and fresh, which makes all the difference when compared to the competition. Not to mention the prices make it very affordable.

We are Papa Murphy regulars but this was our first time at this location. Received the most sorry excuse for a pizza I have ever seen. We requested extra of some of these toppings and this is the most bare pizza I have ever received… I would hate to know what a “regular” amount of toppings looks like. We will NEVER be ordering from this location again.

Pizza was good, people were kind, and the price was just right.

It was so soft and stuck to the cardboard that I ended up having to throw away the entire thing.
