Love that they have a kid's menu that adults can also purchase from :)
This is a delicious rice noodle restaurant.
There are many types of rice noodles and they also accept customers’ separate orders for noodles.
I think small size fits Korean people.

Decided to come here because it was close to school. I was very eager to try a new pho place since moving here to TX and unfortunately this place did not live up to the expectations. My friend got a bun bo hue and if any of y'all have had it, you would know it's a very flavorful beef broth. It was very obvious the broth here was from a powder and lacked total depth in savory flavor and basic seasoning. Friend had to add a lot a lot of seasoning on her own to it. I opted to try the pho as it should be their staple dish and was hopeful because the aroma inside the dining area was quite strong - though I admit the pho broth was at least properly salted (low bar), it also lacked not only depth in flavor e.g. it did not taste like the broth was from true beef bone, they also skimped on the bo vein (meatballs). Not sure how they thought it would look, serving a bowl with a countable 6 pieces of meat when every other bowl of pho I've ever had had enough meat to cover the top for the iconic pho presentation. Would not return. I ordered a size small which is usually enough for me but it was basically a kid's size here with the noodles and meat combined. I had to chug the broth in order to feel full but the sodium content was jarring.

TLDR: Don’t eat here
So to start off, my friend and I walk in and instantly get seated. The waiter comes over momentarily and takes our drink order and then our food order. My food was good, I had no issues at first. My friend ordered the A4, which is a soup with lean brisket and meatballs; however, the meatballs were utterly appalling and quite concerning to the point that we did not finish the meal. The texture was very very tough, I could barely cut through or chew it. It looks as if bones or tendons were processed with the meat. The smell was absolutely retching, and the smell alone was concerning enough that I asked the waiter what type of meat it was and how it was prepared. The waiter was unsure and a little hesitant to answer but subsequently provided me with a phone number of someone I could contact after I sternly said I wanted to reach out to someone. I will reach out for further questing. I have an inclination that the meat was potentially unethically sourced or not prepared right. Upon reading previous Goggle reviews, I found out that they served BUGS AND PLASTIC in their food and got shut down previously due to unclean environments, poor quality of food, and bad service. I would not recommend eating here. It is not confirmed that the meatballs were unsafe to eat; however, with the previous Google reviews, I do not trust the food nor feel safe to eat it. This restaurant has a history of unsafe practices and violations of health codes and cannot be trusted to do better going forward.

Tasty food but strong smell of nail polish from salon next door.
I love their spring rolls. Very high quality ingredients and the rolls are well put together.

I loved Pho Dan, and you will too! I have been to Pho restaurants all around the USA (not Vietnam yet), and Pho Dan stands with the best of them. Delicious authentic Pho, generous portions, and a clean comfortable setting. This is the most Authentic Pho we have had in Austin so far. We will be back

I ordered the dry noodle option with shrimp, chicken, and pork. The food was excellent, with great taste and generous portions, making it worth the price. However, the environment was not very organized and seemed somewhat unclean. Despite this, the servers were very nice, and their service was commendable. I would return solely for the food, but I wouldn't dine inside or visit for any other reason. Overall, I would rate it as an okay spot due to the delicious food and pleasant staff.

One of the few places in the area that serves dark meat chicken Pho. Spring rolls are good be careful if you have peanut allergies. Make sure you let them know ☺️
