There are many types of rice noodles and they also accept customers’ separate orders for noodles.
I think small size fits Korean people.

I loved Pho Dan, and you will too! I have been to Pho restaurants all around the USA (not Vietnam yet), and Pho Dan stands with the best of them. Delicious authentic Pho, generous portions, and a clean comfortable setting. This is the most Authentic Pho we have had in Austin so far. We will be back

I ordered the dry noodle option with shrimp, chicken, and pork. The food was excellent, with great taste and generous portions, making it worth the price. However, the environment was not very organized and seemed somewhat unclean. Despite this, the servers were very nice, and their service was commendable. I would return solely for the food, but I wouldn't dine inside or visit for any other reason. Overall, I would rate it as an okay spot due to the delicious food and pleasant...
