Great food and atmosphere. This is my go to spot for impressing my coworkers! Wonderful staff and portions. Everything on the menu is great especially the beef and basil.

This place holds a special place in my heart. My ex bf and I used to always go there and we would always sit on the right back table by the front desk. That was our spot. We would always order the seafood pho and he would order the eye round steak pho and ofc shrimp spring rolls. It’s sooo delicious 🥰 unfortunately my ex passed away last year in march and I’ve been there once since his passing. I want to say that the food is amazing and the people that own this place is amazing as well. The pho is so so so delicious will forever be our favorite spot. ❤️🙏🏼

Not my favorite place. Pork chops over rice were decent with a good serving size. The pho broth did not taste good at all.

Another amazing lunch at my favorite Vietnamese spot in Round Rock! Pho Viet never disappoints. Today, I switched it up and had the salad, which was light, fresh, and full of flavor. But the true standout—yet again—was the spring rolls. They sneak in a crispy little roll inside each one, which adds the perfect crunch and a unique touch you won’t find anywhere else.
The service here is always warm and welcoming, and even during a busy lunch, everything is prompt and friendly. Prices are fair for the quality and portions you get. Whether you’re a pho lover or just craving something fresh and flavorful, I highly recommend Pho Viet. It’s become my go-to lunch spot for a reason!

Everything about this place is great(minus the high prices). The food is always on point abd seasoned well. Faves are the butter chicken, beef pho, and chicken pho.

I want to say that Pho Viet is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Hands down.
At one point we were eating here once a week. If I didn't travel so much I would still probably hear once a week.
For the better part of 8 years depending if it's cold or hot we choose either the Pho(ribeye steak with brisket for the wife, I get though everything one with tripe and cartilage).
When we want (non Pho) we gets the bun with lemongrass beef and egg roll.
We always get the Vietnamese coffee as well. My wife likes to drink hers throughout the mill. I let mine sit until the very end and I have it as a dessert.
This is a family-run business from grandmother down to grandkids. Every year they take a 2-week vacation and the store is shut down.
They are a blast to talk to and they remember who you are and they know I'm going to get the red chili paste and eat half a bottle.
They are looking for wait staff and kitchen help I believe.
Also they do not take American Express.
Definitely stop here and eat. Probably catch me there one day.

Aggressively mediocre. No refills offered, no check in, pho has no depth and vermicelli served with only fish sauce and missing the 3 dollar up charge of shrimp that was 3 small overcooked pieces. Pork so dry it turns to paste when bitten into. The appetizers were the highlight of the entire meal.
