We live less than 10 minutes from this place and have never been in until just recently. My only regret is that we haven’t been coming here for years! The food was great, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. Our server was very polite and made a great recommendation. I had the pan fried noodles with beef, chicken, and shrimp, and my girlfriend had soup with tons of noodles and shrimp dumplings. The food came out super fast fast, there are awesome soup spoons available on the table, and hoisin, soy sauce, and sriracha to add as you please. This is definitely a great place for the family or for date night!

The server brought us a wrong order and made a fuss about it like we were the ones who wrote down the wrong information. We never saw any server after that. No one even looked over at us to see if we needed anything.The cook did not wash his hands after using the restroom. Neither did the guy working the register, but at least he isn't directly handling food.The pho was below average, almost zero flavor and in desperate need of at least some salt, which was not available at any table.Don't bother wasting your time and money here, move on to another spot.

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!I took one bite of my food and it was disgusting. The beef and broccoli was flavorless. It was literally 90% broccoli with the plate full of water from when they cooked the veggies. I had to dig to find the meat. They were thin small pieces of mushy meat. I asked the “manager” if she could take it off my tab so I could order something else that I liked. Instead she wanted to argue with me and tell me that I ordered it, they made it and I HAVE to pay for it and I couldn’t order anything else. I wasn’t going let her continue to argue at me so I got up and left because they refused to fix the issue. Never ever have I experienced this. If a customer doesn’t like something you fix it don’t argue with them. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business and I hope that they do.

I came here with my girlfriend a couple days ago and she didn’t like her meal. I asked to speak to the manager about the freshness of the meal, all I can say is “nasty personality.” Disrespectful and rude. My girlfriend said she didn’t feel comfortable paying for a meal she won’t eat and the lady started yelling, called out for the cook, he ran towards the door guarding to make sure we wouldn’t leave. She said she was calling the police and meanwhile the cook started yelling at her telling her she’s wasteful and that she’s a liar because he’s the cook. It was also cold inside and when we ordered our drinks I asked about the AC and she said they have to keep it cold. We payed, didn’t even eat, just left. Not a good experience.

I ordered the seafood pho and was told it was good by the server. She brought my food over and I asked about the seafood and asked to change it to the beef pho and she said she wouldn’t be able to take it off my tab even then. I talked to the manager and she said the food was already made so I have to pay for it. I’m practically paying $16+ for rice noodles and imitation crab with 2 pieces of shrimp, and 2 pieces of calamari.

The "manager" was defensive, unprofessional and had the worst attitude from the start of the conversation. She kept saying "this is how we make the food, what do you want me to do give your food to someone else?" Don’t go here go to Bep Saigon on tech ridge for authentic Vietnamese cuisine and better vibes.

The wonton soup is excellent! Very delicate and not thick on the wrap. Delicious everything I had was delicious there. Soups are delicious. The vermicelli is delicious. Highly recommend this place.
