I was not able to upload the video but I ordered a Vermicelli Bowl to go. Got home starting mixing it up and eating only to see a small black bug crawling around as I’m eating. I called and Cale was kind and stated the manager was not available but he would provide a refund.

I'm so confused why everyone i ask for extra bean spouts, it an issue getting them. They say yes, then give 20 little spouts. Omg they are so cheap and my soup was $20...SOUP... WTF. Then I get a huge bag of cilantro and onion with maybe 10 pieces of onion and literally more cilantro then the total amoint of extra bean sprouts i asked for. I promise if I need to pay a little extra for these sprouts that are $1.49 per pound. I will. Just give me the option instead of making me regret paying $20 plus delivery for a "bowl of soup".

The pho tastes like someone’s first attempt at following a james oliver recipe on an asian dish. If you’re vietnamese and want something authentic, this is far from it. This is basically tailored to people who haven’t try pho before, or the white people of pho.
It’s a decent bowl of “Pho”, good if you’re starving and there aren’t any other options near you.

The Pho was excellent. The service was very friendly and super quick. The atomshere is kinda basic, but that doesn't bother me too much. I really appreciate that the water is filtered and is much more tasty than the cruddy water you usually get from the soda dispenser. It is small things that make a difference. I would go again!

I've eaten at Phonatic for years, however, yesterday was my first visit to the Round Rock location. Nice location. Nice size restaurant, nice atmosphere. I ordered a Brooklyn bowl, which I fully enjoyed. I recommend this location to anyone who enjoys Vietnamese food.

We have enjoyed the food here for a long time. We usually get the pork banh mi and the pork street tacos. Today, however the pork was very fatty and dry. Veggies were fresh and service excellent. Very disappointed in the quality of the meat now.

Ordered wonton and chicken/shrimp soup combination. Chicken was extremely dry. Shrimp was not cleaned and its waste was still in it.
