Placed an online order for pick up. Went to get it and the young girl who was at the cash register at the time didn’t find it and said she’ll check in the back. She did unimportant task to look busy instead of checking and being upfront. She came back to saythey must have given my order to someone else, never apologized, & said they’ll have my order ready in 10-15min.I left to do a quick errand and my husband went back 30min later to pick it up.There was a guy that took over cashier, pretended to look for the order. My husband got him to admit that it was never made. My husband gave him the option to give him a free pizza or give a refund. The front cashier guy looked at the cooks for an answer and they didn’t even care. That guy was at least apologetic and gave us the refund. But this is just sad.This was our go to place for pizza and wings.

Went in today after driving by and seeing they were open for Easter. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food was insane, we all loved it. Even my picky 6 year old said it was his favorite pizza. Highly recommend

Placed my order over the phone (calzone, pasta Alfredo, and Philly), picked up 15-20 minutes later take back home , daughters Alfredo pasta has no sauce just boiled noodles and cheese. I called to let them know and they were very adamant that I was mistaken, I send pictures then they say they can remake or refund. My wife had the calzone and said it tasted it funny and cheese wasn't melted all the way , low and behold We find the Alfredo sauce inside the calzone. Call again to let them know we found the sauce, again they say there is no way. I have been coming to this place for almost two years and we know how the food taste and looks. I asked for a refund and they don't agree, I take them their food back (5-6mile drive) they take a look at the returned food and agree they messed up, "refund processed" . 3 days later still no refund in my account. No idea what is going on with this place.

Used to be our FAV place, not the same anymore. I think they changed management. Went a week ago, called and ordered pizza for pick up was told 30 min wait. Waited and went to pick up after 45 min. Got there and was told it would be another 30 min then I got a notification on my Ring doorbell app that they were at my front door delivering my pizza ?. I came back in and told them they were delivering it but it was for pick up and they looked at me like I was crazy and said ok?? I then reminded them I still needed to pay them and they were so confused.Came back today and my pizza isn’t ready again after I was told it would be 30 min (came 45 min later) and stood there for almost 10 min before they realized I was even here.Saw one of the guys making the pizzas keep checking his phone and texting with the same gloves on then would make a pizza and then took the left over cheese that was on the counter and put it in a container and back in the fridge using his hands with the same glove that was all over his phone..Just not personable anymore and service isn’t the same. So bummed. ?
