Worst customer service ever! They have a capability of messing up with your order each and every time.
Went there twice and both the time they messed up my order and wasted my time without even apologizing.

I love the fusion pizza here. They suggested me to try the shahi paneer pizza and can’t say how much i loved it. The cheese has some good taste and texture. It is a busy Friday evening but they still tried to keep their calm with all the dine-in and deliveries. Love that the lady has good knowledge on their toppings and tastes. I can’t wait to come back to taste the Achari which everyone was talking about.

The quality here has gone downhill fast. We used to love this place when it first opened, but with each delivery, the quality just keeps dropping. The 3 Idiots pizza, which once had a good blend of sauce flavors, is now completely bland and you can’t taste anything. We also ordered wings and paid extra for the sauces, only to find they had spilled and emptied out into the bag. The last time we tried the mango habanero pizza, it was equally disappointing; there was no hint of mango or habanero, just bland pizza with some chicken pieces. For the price we’re paying, we expected quality, but at this point, we’ll stick to other pizza places.

This has to be my worst experience ever. They took over 1 hour to make a large pizza, while I stood there & waited at the location. Eventually, they claimed they gave my pizza to someone else.

The guy in the kitchen apologized, claimed they'd make it right and quick.

After making me wait forever for a pizza, the lady at the reception came with the pizza and had the audacity to pull up the payment page requesting a tip! I had to walk away, I had my toddlers waiting in the car for the pizza!

Interestingly this is my 2nd bad experience with them. 4 days ago they messed up my order, but the guy at the cashier counter offered one pizza complementary for the mix up.

Do not waste your time at this location! Mess ups here aren't a one time thing but a constant issue!

I'll make sure I spread the word in my friends and family never to visit this eatery!
