Made an online order, get there and waited an hour until they gave me my order. Ordered at 2:20pm, didnt get my order until 3:26pm! Atleast 5-8 other people came and got their to go orders before I did. Didnt even apologize for the wait time or offer a discount. Absolutely terrible sense of urgency or customer service.

Hit or miss here. Last weekend both meals came out cold.Updated 4/24/24 -Ordered pickup, waited nearly 15 minutes in the entryway for someone to acknowledge me or any of the the 7 other people standing around waiting to be seated/pick up their to go orders. Bartender, servers, workers in the back, they all made eye contact with me multiple times. No one said a word to any of us. Took another 10 mins to get my food. All of this after a 15 minute car ride to pick it up.We typically drive further to Lakeline because the service is better. Wings were ok tonight.

This pluckers location used to be known for poor service but they’ve really turned it around! Very well staffed and staff is well trained too! Food was out super quick and was correct and great quality. Staff checked on us all the time and were constantly refilling our drinks (and offered to-go drinks).The location itself has been updated too. Much cleaner and much more open. New booths and tables. New TVs and signs. New, clean bathrooms.I guess we don’t need to drive all the way to research anymore! Thanks for stepping it up RR pluckers :)
The wings are always good! Service is always fast. It’s the wait that can get a little lengthy, but there is a waitlist you can join on the pluckers app & yelp which helps aid that small issue. One of my fav go too places!
Place has a lot of potential. The food was very good. Service was friendly but a little slow. Staff could use some training.

Other than taking a long time on our meals, which was addressed by our waitress and the manager, the only issue was a hard crown on a chicken sandwich. We did get a new soft bun, thank you Pluckers. Service was top notch.

Food was super slow, didn’t get asked for refills, had to get my own napkins.Waiter stands over you as you tip.Never coming to this location again
The people at the waiting area need more training, i waited 5 minutes for a person to help me, juat to tell me to wait for 10 minutes, after that I had to wait 40 more minutes after the time I was told on my ticket, for a pick-up order.

Online order stated it would be ready at 727 pm. Show up not ready ask at 745 when it would be ready and they haven't even started on the order. Alex the supposed manager brought the order out. No offer of anything not even a free drink while I waited 30 plus minutes after the time their website said it would be ready. Do not go here unless you want disappointment, rude service, and outrageous wait time. Multiple other customers were standing around waiting for their orders over 30 min past the stated time as well.
