We had such a wonderful experience here tonight. Even though grilled chicken wasn’t available at the time, the staff noticed that my wife is pregnant and went out of their way to help us. They kindly asked us to wait for a few minutes and actually prepared fresh grilled chicken just for us. It was quite late at night and freezing cold outside, yet they were incredibly patient, attentive, and caring. To top it off, they even offered us a free drink while we waited, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. For a drive-through fast food restaurant, this level of service was truly exceptional. The staff (especially Diana) went well above and beyond what anyone would normally expect, and it made a real difference to us. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness, empathy, and outstanding customer service.

This was our third time eating at Pollo Campero in Round Rock. The fried chicken has great flavor, even when you don't eat the skin (like me lol) . The food is fresh and the workers are friendly. Highly recommend it.
