Horrible. Just Horrible. Not only did we not receive the ranch, blacked ranch, ketchup, honey, spoons OR straws we asked for. The food was so cold we had to reheat it in the microwave. Lemonade tasted "dirty". Never again. Staff needs to clean thier act up. Everyone laughing and playing around and not paying attention to the food being put out. They can get someone sick.

I've never really paid attention to Popeyes but someone gave me their blackened chicken tenders several months ago and now I'm hooked. They put jalapeno flakes in the mashed potatoes too. We eat at Popeyes 2 or 3 times per month now. Love it!

The store was dirty. Tables were all sticky. The Mac and cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan. We didn’t eat any of the food that was bought after tasting. Staff did not care that we found the food unacceptable.

Left the one off of University Ave in RR as they were understaffed and obviously did not want us there. Complete opposite here! The cashier was friendly, patient and supportive as we navigated our coupons. Staff was friendly & warm. Give this manager a raise and ask them to mentor the ones at University Ave! Improper staffing is unfair to everyone including customer’s & employees!

Is Popeyes is awesome. They let me do a job interview in their extra room in the front and didn't bother me or tell me I need to leave or anything. I really appreciate it. I got lunch afterwards but they didn't know I was going to do that.
I stop here from a long drive, there were three Centro American workers on that shift, one lady which I think she was the manager dark hair light skin was the one taking my order but since I had a code on the phone she made me place the order online to validate the code. She gave me my order wrong way different that the one I placed online very rude lady too, but too busy talking to her coworkers in the kitchen, so disappointed.!!!
