Everything was very bad, there were people waiting 33 minutes to give me little food and what they have is an abomination. They should close all of that. It's a scam

Forgot my fries bad language barrier taking my order.

I ordered delivery from this location. I ordered a BOGO chicken sandwich, and the 8 piece Family Meal, w/large Mash Potatoes & Cajun Gravy, and 4 biscuits.

Well, guess what??? I only received one chicken sandwich, there were no biscuits, and to add insult to injury, there were only 7 pieces of chicken, not 8 pieces!

This place is so overpriced. I ordered a regular 3 piece tender meal. Got to the window and they told me almost $14. Easy to tell they charged me for the large meal but didn’t give me a large size anything. Who wants to pay close to $20 for 3 chicken tenders, fries, and a small drink?

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender upgraded to a large with gravy as the dipping sauce it cost got to the window and it cost $21, so I just drove away.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick up, they first handed me someone else’s order. Then they took sometime to get my order and came out without a straw for a drink. And when we reached home just to realize that they didn’t include the biscuit in the order. Tried calling them, but they didn’t answer. I suggest avoid this location.

This place is trash and can't read and get a simple order right. Why should I check my order when I just got off work and want some food. Isn't this what they're are getting paid for? They dont have compitant employees who can verify and double check an order is correct. And no compensation, just a sorry. And this was a 40 min commute back and forward in rush hour. Thanks Popeyes, I guess I'll stick with KFC. And I will be calling corporate to tell them to shut this location down.

I rarely have had a good experience at this location, but it is close to my house. Tonight was the absolute last straw. I choked on a piece of plastic that was in my coleslaw. I will NEVER eat here again, and to anyone that does please inspect your food.

Ordered mild family meal got hot chicken would have not been that bad if this wasn't the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Do they not know which is which? Then chicken looked old. To me ot looked like it was fried twice to avoid throwing it away. Never again. I have been cheated to many time by this location. Lot's of new chicken places are opening around here. Tried to be loyal customer but they don't appreciate that so I will take my hard earned money somewhere else. Bye Popeyes. We had a good run, but unfortunately it is now over.

Does everyone know the scenario of if an infinite amount of monkeys are locked in a room with an infinite amount of typewriters they will eventually create Shakespeare? That will not happen here. You may order an infinite amount of times and they will never get your order correct. You have a better chance of a room full of feces throwing monkeys creating Shakespeare than your order, even on the app so no human interaction being performed out loud, being right, let that sink in.
