It's a No for me Dawg. Let me start with the good - some of the staff was nice and the way the place was decorated was cool, that's about where it stopped. I don't believe this place should be open air kitchen because seeing my pre-made patty in a bucket was not appetizing and all the veggies in the bins looked picked through and not fresh. When I asked about the Vegan cheeses (because I enjoy learning about different types of food), they said, " Oh, we mostly get vegans in here, and they already know about the cheeses." Cool Bro- not helpful! For the fries- they were stone cold and had so much stuff on them that it just turned me off. I did have a Karen moment and returned them and said no thank you, and please feel free to touch them to see how cold they are. The lady at the front gave a refund for the fries. I needed to wash my hands, so I went into the restroom. It was BAD. I walked right back out and told my party I was with that I really wanted to like this place but boy are the missing some key elements.

My heart is broken that they closed the Round Rock location. But I’ll go to the one in Austin. Absolutely delicious! Love this restaurant.

I'm only giving 1 star in the hopes that Google sees it and marks the restaurant as closed. When they were open, the food was delicious. There's signs on the door that say "coming soon", so maybe they are going to open back up again eventually.Vegetarian options: This is plant-based "chicken". It is NOT real meat. The low reviews from people complaining it's not real chicken need to learn to read. They don't advertise themselves as anything but "fake" chicken.Parking: Lots of spots available in the shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance nearby. Some tables and seating area are wheelchair friendlyDietary restrictions: Vegan/vegetarian options.

Food was not great. Burger was to oily Caesar wrap was majority lettuce. The only reason this location is getting to STARS is for the two milkshakes. They were great.

This place was amazing but for some reason it closed on March 9th for good. Not sure of the reasoning but I placed an online order enroute to the location while returning from out of town and was surprised to see a sign on the door stating that the location was closing that very day. I went in and talked to the owner and he issued refunds to my party and said that the system should have been shut off for this location and apologized. Hopefully they are just relocating to a better spot as this little strip is awkward and the sunlight that would be coming through the front glass would literally bake this everyone inside. So again, hopefully it's just to a better spot bc this is the best vegan fast food place in the area in regards to what they serve.

Super good chicken that you wouldn't even know is vegan!!! You can tell the effort that goes into cooking quality food. Lots of options for everyone! The restaurant could be maintained better as there were no condiment cups and limited soda options, however the seating area was very open and clean. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something new!

Everything is soy based, can not do soy. My vegan daughters ordered sandwiches and a kids' meal. I ordered fries. Some were hot n crispy, and most of them were not. For the price she paid, they were disappointed in the quality, and portion size.

The spicy "chicken" sandwich lacked flavor & texture. The cashier seemed totally disengaged as if she was disappointed that announcing that it's veggie chicken didn't lead to me departing the restaurant. The fries were good, but they should be at that price point. No ice in the soda machine, no napkins at the tables & no paper towels in the bathroom were consistent with the "why are you bothering me" attitude. If only never again could somehow morph into never tried it. At least the no paper in the receipt printer will postpone memory of this place until the credit card bill arrives. No bueno!

The quality of Project Pollo never disappoints. The bread is deceptively addicting, and the vegan chicken patties have a wonderful texture and is really tasty. Not a fan of pickles, but the ones here are nicely crispy and fresh. This time, I tried their milkshakes and it was super good as well.Compared with their Anderson location, this restaurant is definitely a lot bigger with seemingly faster service.

NOT REAL CHICKENI was bamboozled into purchasing a $15 plate of deceit. Taste like 1960's frozen cafeteria nuggets. You want to sell vegan food fine, but no es Pollo. Don't advertise it as such.

Do not go to project pollo...Ok so for one you get what I think is chicken that is the size of the palm of my hand and that is pretty small for $10.00 to boot no sides or a drink with it and it was not all the way cook and I had to wait for 5 minutes to get my odor taken. so yeah I would and will not be coming back ever and would not suggest it to anyone. And if I could I would not give them a star but I have to unfortunately. ?

My fellow carnivore was happy. I’m happy. What’s not to love!!! Tried the Nashville hot chickn (could be hotter), the deluxe, fries, and a double chocolate milkshake. Coming back for chickn and waffles!!
