We got the chashu pork bowl, miso hot and the OG tonkatsu ramen. Everything was delicious. The broth is super flavorful and the pork was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Title: Fast Food Ramen
Order: Miso Hot with a side of Spicy Bomb, Negi Rice Bowl and a Lemon Chiller Drink
Food: Blasphemous
Drink: Disappointing, maybe a shot worth of Lemon.
Service: Average service, one employee had a slight negative attitude.
Atmosphere: Alright, visually the interior and exterior are "trendy" which does give it a cool look in my opinion.
Overall: Would not recommend. Think of this place as the McDonald's to your favorite burger joint, but McDonald's is charging the same price.
For Who - Best for Teenagers: I can see a group of teenagers enjoying themselves here not really thinking of the food quality, or even a good date spot for young teens.

Tsukemen was excellently prepared, and the karaage was great. But most of all, shout-out Josh for the fire service. ?

This location of Tatsuya consistently good (as are most of em, really); very few instances where anything goes wrong (food/service/atmospherically) and on the off chance anything is off, employees generally do whatever they can to fix it

This place was amazing but I will NEVER return due to how disrespectful the Manager treated an employee. An employee was cleaning a table for a customer and the Manager walked up to her a started snapping her fingers at the girl saying “chop chop” and in front of the customers waiting to be sitting there. Beyond disrespectful. As a Manager in retail, I would NEVER!! We found the employee and spoke to her about it because we wanted her to know how great of a job she did. They were busy and she was doing her best to keep up. That lady should be fired and ashamed of herself for treating an employee that way…

This is the best Tatsu-ya in Austin, I been in almost all of them and the people are always rude and mean.
However in this location, Hanna was super helpful, kind and she was really happy to serve us, if her salary was on me I would give her a raise.??

The food was good, needed more broth. I would have preferred clear broth. The quantity was a lot, good quality also.
