I don’t usually leave reviews but this place consistently gives me amazing food and service. I have really bad anxiety and had a hard time in this location today. Before I could even leave the parking lot the manager Diego had come out and addressed the situation and made right. Point is, mistakes happen everywhere, but not everywhere is committed to doing right by their customers. Diego went above and beyond today and proved yet again why this place is the top ramen spot in the city. I can’t thank Diego enough.

Food is very good. As far as atmosphere, the place is a little small and I suggest the staff wears a uniform to make their place more professional.

Mid broth that tastes like pork. We got 3 different kinds of noodles and they all tasted the same. Won't be back

I loved ramen tatsuya for a decade. The overall quality of the ramen here is not the same as the Austin locations. Came to this location for a 2nd try today after leaving disappointed at my 1st visit here in June and had another repeat of disappointment. For my 1st visit, my tonkotsu broth tasted like water and practically flavorless. On my 2nd visit, the broth was extremely thick like a stew so I had to water it down for a more broth-like consistency. The beef in the miso-hot also tasted odd and unseasoned. The ingredients tasted like they were sitting for a long time. Really sad since I moved to Georgetown, but I’ll be sticking to the Austin locations only. Seems like another reviewer feels the same way. Staff was nice though and it was clean

Ramen Tatsuya is the best ramen in Austin. All of their locations are great!

Love ramen and there are several places around the area, but Tatusu-ya's OG is hands down the best. Very hearty, awesome flavor. I add a chili bomb for that added kick!

Ambiance: Amazing vibes here!! It’s so aesthetic and clean. The staff is super helpful and gives great recommendations. They also have bottled sodas and house lemonades available. There wasn’t a long wait for our food either, which was a nice plus.
The OG: The broth was super smooth and creamy, not overly salty like many other ramen spots. The pork was incredible with a soy sauce flavor and a touch of sweetness. The egg had that perfect jammy texture with the same delicious flavor. Prices for the ramen are super reasonable, and the portion size was just right.

Ramen Tatsu-ya looks like authentic Japanese ramen, the decoration was good and the vibe was good, but I think it incorporates some western flavors as well.
The chicken karrage was good, but kind of different from other Japanese restaurants’ dishes.
Miso-hot was good as well, but I could not agree with the OG ramen. It does not taste like any old school ramen I tasted, but still above average and deserves a try.
Overall, it didn’t let me down, but didn’t surprise me either.

First time there, my daughter took me. Not impressed. The atmosphere and service are good. The food leaves much to be desired. No taste felt like it was ramen from a package.

First time at this location, i have been to the Houston location and wasn't disappointed. Ofcourse, I wasn't disappointed with this location as well, both ramen and service was great! The Mgr on duty was extremely friendly and made my experience special. Place is definitely worth the try if youre just driving by or just love ramen.

I've eaten at a few different ramen places, but am not an expert by far. I have to say every other place has been terrible in comparison. Tatsu-ya had so much flavor, the noodle texture was just right... I tried 3 different dishes and loved them all. The atmosphere is artistic without being overbearing. Everything was clean, even the bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place.

Awful delivery prep between purchasing team and Quirch Foods. 53 ft with LG stuck in main entrance to parking lot on a busy Saturday morning. Farmers market opens 930-2 - Countless other hours in the day for a delivery but whether it’s QFL or RT, someone screwed up scheduling and farmers market customers have to deal with that. Also your food is garbage comparable to a lot of South Austin and Georgetown Ramen.
Vegan ramen was pretty good!
