Ordered curbside . Arrived as scheduled and texted “here” per instructions. Approx 15 mins later, a worker walks out and informed me my food had been given to the car next to me 12 minutes earlier… he grabs my food out of the vehicle next to me and hands it to me. I called to speak to a manager and inform him of the situation and all he could say ( Giovanni) is that he agrees it was wrong. So I just spent 90$ on food I will not be eating as it was in another persons vehicle...read full review
I've been coming to RR Red lobster many years today I went in ordered pop corn shrimp ,broccoli, cheese sticks sadly the broccoli was put in a plastic bag ,then into a container with big shrimp not pop corn shrimp like I ordered .. They gave me the wrong order & the manager Quan tells me because of the tone that I had “GET OUT MY STORE” they messed my order up 3 times and it was freezing cold
