Ordered curbside . Arrived as scheduled and texted “here” per instructions. Approx 15 mins later, a worker walks out and informed me my food had been given to the car next to me 12 minutes earlier… he grabs my food out of the vehicle next to me and hands it to me. I called to speak to a manager and inform him of the situation and all he could say ( Giovanni) is that he agrees it was wrong. So I just spent 90$ on food I will not be eating as it was in another persons vehicle for approx 15 minutes before handed off to me straight out of said vehicle. DISGUSTING! & LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE

Waiter Peter was good food was good head shrimp my way the drink was good called main deck flight three different glasses one of them was too sweet the blue one was salty but it waters down to quickly with all that ice the yellow orange one was good too their cheese biscuit breads always good

I got the seafood sampler platter. All the items looked and tasted like they were frozen and microwaved. The scallops were especially disappointing-tiny bits with little taste. Doubt I'll be returning anytime soon

Glad to see Red Lobster is making a come back. Still good food and good service. Price has gone up but that is normal for the economy.
I used to love Red Lobster but I think it's really declined in quality the last few years. Ordered a lobster bisque that came out luke warm and the lobster roll I ordered has either old or overcooked tough meat. The lobster bake pasta is flavorless purely just butter and noodle.
Would not recommend. Even the biscuits are smaller and not as great as they used to be.
