Rude and reported my vehicle stolen once. I’m a delivery driver. And when I bought a new car, my license plate didn’t update in the app correctly. I didn’t even know it. But this guy reported stolen. Next thing I know I’m getting pulled over and the police who is confused because my vehicle is rightfully registered to me. So unnecessary! Do you have nothing better to do?

I love the cashew chicken and the buy one get one free egg rolls! They always carefully package my food with the special instructions I ask for! I feel like I get my moneys worth every time!

Most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Absolutely foul excuse for food. Egg drop soup tastes like water, sesame chicken tastes rotten and the fried rice is pathetic. Do not spend your money here.

A simple Chinese to go restaurant. Original classic style plates, usually loaded with large portions. was always a stop heading home for work every other few days. Service is easy going, food usually prepared if you order ahead of time. Sweet lady and older man running the place usually.

Extremely disrespectful owner. Laid on Christmas Eve. I arrived at owners establishment only to be yelled at because I was asking for clarification on an order. There’s no way to treat a customer.
some of my favorite asian food! always have it fresh and hot and are generous with serving sizes. although they do always seem to be in a hurry and kind of rush you out, i still definitely recommend for the food.

This is the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The fried rice tasted like it was steamed and then they just threw eggs in and it’s gross.
The Lomein was not good either. The chicken tasted mushy.
My Brother and his wife also bought some at the same time and they also had the same experience.
Do not go here!

The owner is extremely rude. Decided it was a good idea to yell at me because I was asking for clarification in regards to an order. I understand he was busy and had multiple orders however I was calm and simply trying to get clarification and that’s not a way to treat customer extremely dissatisfied with their business professionalism.
I’m a dasher and I’ve picked up from here twice. First time I went to pick up an order the guy unlocked the door and immediately tells me to confirm it in a shitty tone. I didn’t even get the chance to tell him the name of the customer. Me being polite I said sure. As I started to confirm it he goes on this rant about people stealing the food and him losing money. The entire time he wasn’t watching me confirm it and I’m not about to sit here and listen to him complain because I don’t want be late. So I went ahead and confirmed it while he was talking. Once he was done I showed him my dasher app. He looked at me as if I was lying and I showed him that it’s prompting me to drop it off. He was very hesitant on handing me the customers food.
Second time I got a notification offer to head to the restaurant. GPS told me I was 8 min away. I got there 1 min early. I turned into the parking lot and I get a call from DoorDash. I answer it and the lady on the phone asks for my location and if I’m able to pick up the order. I told her yes and I just got the restaurant. She says ok and thanked me for my time. I walked up to the restaurant and before I can even say anything he says “confirm that right now” in a gross tone. As I’m confirming it I hear the same lady on his phone that I was just talking to. From what I got out of their conversation he called support and told her I was 6min late. After I confirmed it he hands me the order clearly annoyed.
If I ever get an order to come here again I’m going to record and report it. Here is picture of the order I was 6min late for.
I recently began delivering with Uber Eats to earn some additional income while pursuing course cohorts. I have completed approximately 100 deliveries so far, and my experiences with customers and merchants have been consistently professional—except for one concerning incident at this particular location.
The Uber Driver app outlines a clear three-step pickup process:
Verify Order – Ensure that the listed items match what is provided.
Complete Order Verification – Confirm that the order is correct.
Complete Pickup – Finalize the handoff.
At Mid night 12 a.m, When I arrived at this establishment, the staff member—an adult South Asian gentleman—partially opened the door and immediately refused to verify the items in the order. In a rude and dismissive tone, he insisted that I “confirm” the order by clicking a button that does not exist in the app. I calmly explained that the app requires verification of the listed items before completing the pickup and showed him the screen so he could compare it to his receipt.
He declined to look at the items, demanded that I complete the pickup before receiving the food, and proceeded to accuse Uber of “stealing profit.” He also claimed that most drivers steal food by accepting orders and then canceling them. These accusations were unprofessional, unfounded, and unnecessary. Despite my efforts to explain the app’s workflow respectfully, he continued insisting that drivers should “just click the slider” and stated that he did not have time to “babysit Uber drivers.”
Throughout the interaction, his behavior was unusually erratic, and he appeared agitated to the point where I was unsure if he was fully sober. This added to my concern for personal safety—especially given the late hour.
To avoid escalating the situation, I chose not to argue further and simply proceeded with the delivery.
If this individual is an employee, I hope his employer provides appropriate training to ensure he treats delivery personnel with professionalism and courtesy. If he is the owner, it is unfortunate that he chooses to interact with people in such a discourteous manner.
Uber has been notified of this interaction. If the establishment uses security cameras with audio, they may have captured the exchange exactly as it occurred.

Went there to pick up food for Uber Eats, guy that worked there was RUDE, I wanted to double check if the order I would deliver was the correct one and he wouldn’t answer my question, then after I confirm the order he then proceeds to say “god dammit, follow a simple instruction” well you should learn how to treat people in first place and answer a simple question too.
