Thats not Mexican food
I love Rosa's l. Wish they had some in the Houston area!
I got my taco plate to go on Tuesday and asked for the chicken separate from the shells b/c the tacos get soggy by the time I get back to work. They did an awesome job and there are so quick and so accurate!!! Thank you so much from a repeat patron!!!! Sherry
Guests are always given a friendly greeting and goodbye by staff. The food is top-notch and plentiful, and the condiment bar is kept clean and well stocked. I love the colorful decor, and the prices are great!
Way too over priced for the serving sizes.
Love Rosa's! Everything is hot & fresh. Staff is always kind & accommodating.
Really nice employees and food was tasty. Good value as well.
Generic Mexican fast food but not bad. Good selection of serve yourself salsa

Drive thru Clerk had no customer service training or skills. I'm guessing, the whole staff probably is this way then, since he gets away with being rude and taking your order with no set greetings and service level. The tacos had barely any chicken inside and tasted old. The enchilada had plastic in it. Rosa's use to be good in my opinion. Lately the service and food has tanked. I will not go back and I hope others read this and decide to as well.

Honestly I was expecting better food, not much options, needs a lot more flavor the only good thing home made tortillas. On the food you need to work a lot harder for the price out the door.

This is what a $6 taco looks like. There is nothing in it. Not the lettuce and cheese I asked for.Wasted $36 on tacos for no one wanting to eat.
Good food for the price.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had a problem until today. I ordered my usual order in the drive through (a dozen bean&cheese tacos, 4 steak tacos). I was asked to wait at the front, which I expected as I ordered a lot of tacos. I waited for 15 minutes. At least 6 people got their orders in the drive through and no one brought mine or even gave me an explanation for how late it was. I went in and was told they were working on it. I asked if I could get an estimate and Cecilia, the manager, said: "If she doesn't want to wait so she can cancel the order." I did. They must be doing well if they are turning away $55 orders. They won't get another chance to not serve me.

Rosa’s use to be good but after yesterday I will of be back. I ordered the taco plate for taco Tuesday but they are charged me double what it should cost. They kept saying I didn’t order a taco plate when that was exactly what I ordered and got served. Not to mention I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times. They looked at me like as if they have no idea how to correct the order and price and tried to cover it up giving me a soft drink cup. Went pick up my order and I told them it was a to go order the lady had a nasty attitude grabbed the food and rolled her eyes. Came back with it packed and literally threw it on the counter. There was no cheese in the tacos or any sides of lettuce or tomatoes. and yet I was still charged double and didn’t even get a proper order.
