Do not visit GYRO N' POTATOThis is my first visit to premium outlet food court at Austin TX. I have horrible experience with food service provide GYRO N' POTATO. They took my order which includes some kids food order as well as said they ring the bell once done and given around 10 -12 mins(usually expected). It pass more than 15 mins and when I went to counter and enquired about the order they responded, "which order" then explained the order details. The guy(around 50- 60 years) yelling like anything as if I asked his property and I am patiently explained and showed the transaction from bank which was deducted as proof then He realized and said the order was given to other person and will given refund.This man doesn't understand the food and time though my kid is starving from past 25 mins. He is shouting like anything he doesn't have any sorry towards what happened and saying some words in language(with all sort of angry face). Asking another 15 mins to prepare my order. eventually i have to wait for 45 mins.Luckily the trucks outside the food court very good and respected the customers very well. They took my order soon and offered some food to kid in meanwhile the order have arrived(If I would have stayed any more at GYRO N' POTATO my kid will be starved for long time).At last, The service at GYRO N' POTATO is worst doesn't give 0 stars as well. A negative rating is deserved for them.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE FANN'S PHILLY GRILL. THE EMPLOYEE AT CASH REGISTER IS VERY IMPROPER AND WITH NO EDUCATION TODAY AROUND 415PM. MY WIFE ASK FOR A LARGE FRIES. WHEN WE OPENED THE AMOUNT WAS WITH NOT ENOUGH. ACTUALLY WAS LESS AMOUNT THAN AN ORDER FROM MCDONALD'S. I ASK HER THAT'S THE RIGHT AMOUNT FOR A LARGE FRIES AND HER RESPOND WAS "IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY DON'T BUY IT." DEFINITIVAMENTE WE WILL TAKE OUR COLTH SHOPPING NEEDS TO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The bathrooms were a bit messy but I think that is due to the influx of people inside them and that makes maintenance and cleaning of the place difficult. Besides that everything is very nice

I was not too impressed by the food . A Chinese and pizza restaurant was there. What was exciting is that there was a Church's Chicken there! Those are now hard to find in Texas.

Few options for an outlet mall. Makes it easier to choose something but the lines can be long at each place. I ordered from a grill spot and my food was good.
