Love this local spot, close to home. Whether I'm dining in or taking it to go, Saigon has never disappointed me or my partner. Pho is a great go to, their bowls are huge, and spring rolls are amazing! Sugarcane lemon is addictive too.

We went on thursday evening and it wasnt super busy. All the food we ordered was really gpod and the servers were super kind and receptive! I really liked the vibe since it wasnt super fancy where you had to be dressed up but it also wasnt super tacky like some cafes are. It was minimalist but still chic. Food was a bit pricey but they were pretty big portions. I ordered the wonton soup and it was delicious. I had to get a to go box because I couldn't finish it one sitting I would def come here again!

Great food and service. Pho comes with large portion including their rare eye round steak. I love the meatballs too! Chicken rice and soup is very tasty. The Beef and the chicken broth is very flavorful. Everything on the menu is delicious! Highly recommended

Original review: My family of six (four adults, two kids) dined at Saigon 512 and were thoroughly disappointed. The food was bland—phở and Banh Mi lacked flavor. Even the kids’ noodle plates were sad. Our waitress was rude and pushy. To top it off, they added a 20% automatic tip despite the terrible food and service. Save your money for a better Vietnamese restaurant.
Thanks for responding. I do not how to complain to the waitress when everything on the table is not to the standard especially our waitress is not the most friendly person. Maybe we just had really good Vietnamese food before, maybe we had too high of expectations. This is definitely the first restaurant I went to that considered 4 adults and 2 kids as a large party.

This place is the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in Austin. It's not even close. I'm originally from Houston, the mecca of Viet food in Texas, and currently live in Dallas which has the second best Viet food. I use to avoided eating Viet food in Austin because it was so bad. Not anymore. This place is legit!
Saigon512 is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Austin! The food is fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. What really makes this place special is the owner and staff—they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Vietnamese food with amazing service!

I love this place. The Bun Bo Hue is sooo good along with everything else. I think I've tried most of the menu and loved it all. Service is awesome and the wait staff is super friendly. Probably my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Austin area.
