Great food, great service. Great atmosphere. I don't know how many more greates I can say about my whole experience.. today was my first time but definitely not my last time visiting. This was an awesome experience. Start to finish, highly recommend

The cheese fries here are off the charts. The lunch steaks are also really good. The bar service is on point for a quick lunch. They definitely get 5 well earned stars.

Pretty much your standard steakhouse. Many people swear by it, but to me it's just another steakhouse. Maybe it's because there are so many good places to eat in the afternoon or my expectations of steak are raised Texas, but you'll get a decent steak here.
They do a good job with how well done you'd like your steak. They even did a good job with a medium rare on a thin steak.

This was the first time that we were disappointed with our meal, I would have usually sent my meal back, but it was a birthday dinner and everyones meal was fine. We had split the lrg Pat's ribeye (medium), baked potato, and wedge. The steak was cold and medium rare, and a cold potato with everything on the side. This was our regular order and have never had a issue before. We had an early dinner reservation at 5:30, before the dinner rush.

Horrible experience all around wife sat on hold for almost a full hour trying to call in a to go order then when we finally got the food it was not only cold but literally the only thing with any sort of flavor was the onions and my salad. Not one to even leave a review but when I pay 20-30 dollars per plate the least you could do is try seasoning it. Horrible food that’s insanely overpriced.

Brisket queso was sent back due to being warm. Received the 2nd one, and it was the same temperature. We had discussed getting another appetizer. However, the manager came over making excuses. She said they only keep it at a certain temperature, but if we wanted her to make it extra hot. She brought the 3rd one out and it was hot. The first two were so warm that the cheese was stiff. The Manager should have removed that from the bill after they failed several times. I received my $30 plate and the baked potato was warm. There was just too many issues with the food temperatures. I have never experienced this kind of service at the Round Rock location. My job has used this location to host our Christmas Party for the last 6yrs or so. I also visit here occasionally but it seems to be something different. I drove about an hour to receive a warm experience.

I went in for an interview today. The manger on duty made myself and other applicants wait over 40 minutes, to start the interview. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unprepared (didn’t know what I was applying for). She would ask questions, and not make eye contact with me. I felt very belittled and disrespected. Any personal looking for work, this is NOT where you should apply.

We came in for dinner last week and I wanted to brag on Heather, our server, who was just phenomenal.
Food and drink were all great as well, but Heather really deserves some appreciation for her attentiveness, kindness, and humor. The whole family really enjoyed the visit thanks to her. Well done!

10oz Sirloin was over 2” thick and cooked poorly. They took it back to fix it and brought me the same steak only completely burnt on the outside now. Had other issues with the sides being poorly prepared. Could be a nice restaurant, just need cooks that care a bit more.

Worst service, TOGO room, they “place my orden” then 30 minutes later they told me they didn’t take the orden and i need to reorder again, restaurant empty and the guy that “take my order “ playing and making jokes with co workers.

Decent steak for a good price. Service very good.
