Ordered from schlotzskys and they are basically burnt and rock hard. I called to ask if they were shipped in or made in house and the lady was extremely rude saying well I don't think they're burnt and if you get more they'll come cooked the same do you want a refund or what? First time ordering from there, so not sure if that's the norm, but will definitely be my last time! happy to share pics of thus burnt mess.
Enjoyed my sandwich I ate it all it was delicious 😋
