The worst experience. I ordered two sandwiches and both sandwiches had a moldy taste to them. It was so bad that we couldn’t be eat them. I called the store to let them know and to ask for a refund and the manger told me that they don’t do refunds unless I come back to the store, and that it was my problem if the sandwiches tasted funny because know one else has complained. I could not believe it. I asked if I could speak to the person above her and she told me no. I will absolutely never go back there again. You can’t serve food that has gone bad and you can’t speak to a customer that way especially when I was been nice and understanding and then get told that it’s my problem.
The family loves this place. The bread really makes the sandwich

Normally when I order things are great, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cinnamon roll, but this time the cinnamon roll was burnt on top.

I went to this location at 6:45pm on 7/19/25 to pick up dinner for my family. The woman taking my order was laughing and joking with the customer before me and stone cold with me when I came up to the counter. Whatever.
Ordered a large sandwich, 3 pickles, 2 baked potato soups, a Mac and cheese, a salad, 3 cinnamon rolls, and a drink. I spent $57 and change.
After receiving my food I had to go back because, upon further inspection, I'm missing the pickles and cinnamon rolls.
The soups were watery and luke-warm. The Mac and cheese was both under and overcooked, and felt like kindergarten paste. The salad had rotten lettuce and smelled like rotten onion. Every single cinnamon roll was rock hard, inedible. I had to throw all of these away.
The sandwich was fine. The soda was fine. The pickles were fine.
I hadn't been to schlotzsky's in a few years, and I won't be returning. I know the corporation doesn't care (they made that clear with their product), but perhaps they should care that their lobby was completely empty on a Saturday night. Either way, spend your $60 anywhere but here.

My wife went over here to pick up food because I’m sick. She asked for the chicken tortilla soup (which is on the menu) the lady working the drive through said they have never sold that and was very rude. Be better
This location has definitely gone downhill. Had to repeat my order several times (just wanted a roast beef sandwich with no cheese - not complicated). Tried selling me on a meal several times, had to repeat no over and over.
Sandwich came, bread wasn't toasted.
Overall, lack of understanding on the order and poor implementation.

The bread is hit or miss otherwise I really enjoy the Albuquerque Turkey. We always ask for heavy mayo and yet they fail to deliver the request 9 out of 10 times and the bread can sometimes be old and hard. If they could honor the request and control the bread quality, I would rate it much better.
Called to ask about how many people their Catering Salad serves and the person answering the phone told me (very nicely) that she doesn't know and that the manager who would know will not be in until tomorrow morning.
Why wouldn't your employees know these basic menu information? And how do you run a place of business without a manager?
I love Schlotzsky’s, just not fond of this location. Ordered a combo, but the server only heard sandwich I guess. Ordered extra olives and there were hardly any on the sandwich. It seems that something is missing from their sandwich, maybe the garlic butter sauce used for the cheesed bread. I am a harsh judge when it aimed to this restaurant as I worked at a Schlotsky’s as a teenager for 4 years. Their big variety soda fountain was out of most of the drinks. So that was disappointing. Wish they would get that fixed.
The muchachas sure know to fix a small issue and turn it into a great memory And make your day. They were awesome friendly. Awesome location!
Fabulous 👌! Really made me miss NW Austin
