Usually great. But $22 still owed to me from 3/13 food was never delivered, I was told it wasn't charged and I was charged. I was told I would get it refunded within 3-5 days. It's now 4/10. Lol. Just not right. JS

Clearly yall do not read orders correctly . I ordered a side Cesar salad with no croutons, and raspberry balsamic dressing. It came with croutons on it along with the wrong dressing. Also yall have a problem on DoorDash. It says the smoke bacon cheesy sandwich is unavailable. So I did a make shift one with one of your other sandwich’s and added cheddar chipotle mayo and roast beef. Everything else I took off. But instead you gave me ham no cheddar and regular mayo . Severely dissatisfying due to the fact I order this atleast once a week and yall get it right about only 50% of the time

They put something called signature sauce on my Giant original and made my whole sandwich gross. I don't remember them ever putting that on them but they do now and makes sandwich taste spoiled and sour. Grossest thing I have ever tastes in my life. Should have went with my instincts and went to Thunderclouds instead. Very disappointing.
This Schlotzskys is incredible. Their bread is always fresh and amazing. Flatbreads are bonkers. Service is always top notch, whether you dine in or use the drive thru. I like to get the large sandwiches because they are VERY LARGE, so you'll have plenty of leftovers.Get you some Schlotz!

So I love Schlotzskys but this location is the worst. Rude lazy staff and they mess up my order every time. I've given them several chances because they're close by but now I'm done. Not once has my order been right. One time the guy at the window started yelling at me when I asked him if he could hand me my order that had been just sitting there for a few minutes. I'm watching as everyone inside is just messing around with each other and not paying any attention to customers. Today was my last visit. Walked inside, because the drive through line wrapped around the building, and discovered only one person was making sandwiches while the rest "supervised". No one was at the counter to take my order. Finally got someone's attention and she looks at me then turns right back around. Guess they no longer need my business.
