I’m beyond upset with my experience here. When I arrived, the staff on the grill and assembling burgers were more focused on joking around with a friend who walked in and got a free milkshake than preparing orders. It took them three tries to get my burger right, and on the final attempt they put crispy onions (which are not gluten-free) on my burger, even though I had clearly told them I have a gluten allergy. Instead of preparing a new burger, they tried to hand me the same one.

The manager was the only person who handled the situation correctly and offered a genuine apology. The staff bagging the orders actually had to remind the cooks what my order was because they kept making it for dine-in instead of to-go, despite me telling them several times. Overall, it took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived until the mistake was finally corrected.

I was willing to be patient at first, but the staff continued to laugh, joke, and even make faces at each other while customers were waiting. I only received compensation after I directly brought the issue to the manager. This is not how customers with food allergies—or any customers—should be treated. Very frustrating experience.

A great fast food place with plenty of seating, and actually fast service. A good choice if you’re a vegetarian and in the mood for a burger - two options to pick from, which is one (or even two) options more than most fast food places have to offer.
Most indoor tables were clean while most outdoor tables were OK, but there were a lot of flies outside, but that could just be because of the summer season.

I was very disappointed to see this when I got home the chicken was burnt, I hope they can address this issue so other customers don’t get the same disappointment.

Shake Shack is an over priced mystery to me. $3.50 for a small drink. Same for the fries. I don’t mind paying more for the burger. Lackluster atmosphere, slow/no service.

Too expensive and sub-par food. Expected so much more from all the hype we've heard. Burgers are small buns are bland condiments are lacking and fries are just ok. Dont bother getting cheese fries- lacks taste and barely any cheese on them. Portions are small for prices. 2 people- spent $35 on 2small drinks 2 fries 2 burgers. And was unimpressed. Won't do it again

I LOVED the attention to detail and customer service. I have visited this location 5+ times and every time Joey Maung the manager has made my wife and I’s experience phenomenal. My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy and Joey always ensures that my wife’s order is made with care and diligence. This means a lot to me and my wife. It’s rare that she can get a good burger due to her allergy so it’s nice to know that Shake Shack takes good care seriously. Joey and the staff always make us feel welcome and we enjoy patronizing this location. Thanks Joey!
