I’ve gone to this location twice now in the morning and both times they have been out of the acia bowl. They really just need to stop carrying it. Another time i ordered online in Georgetown, TX and when i arrived i was told they were out of it. I emailed and called multiple times to obtain a refund and never heard back. The girl in store couldn’t provide a refund and it had to be the manager. I never head back from anyone. The round rock location always seems to be cluttered and never cleaned.

The older guy that works in the mornings always has a grouchy demeanor, gives a blank stare, and the service is slow. Better off ordering from the other Round Rock location.
