A nice young man, Carson, curated the perfect smoothie to my liking. The flavors emulsified on my taste buds, as my eyes rolled to the back of my head. If you want a life altering experience, come to this location. Don’t walk, run.

There was an issue with the orders this morning, I had to leave to go to work and didn’t get my order. I came back around 6 and Lauren helped straighten out my order and just worked with me to get the smoothie I had ordered. Preciate her being helpful even when she had no part in it.

Came here to get a smoothie and the avocado toast but when I got home and opened the toast I found a literal bug crawling all over the toast
So I didn’t even get to eat it. I was so grossed out that the smoothie went to waste as well. $15 gone and didn’t even get to enjoy any of it. I took a video but it would let me upload it

Just left this location after waiting for my Strawberry Hulk to be made twice & both of them tasted like ice. The guy and girl working were more focused on giving free smoothies to their friends who came to visit, so we immediately requested a refund. He stated the manager works when he wants & they wouldn’t be able to tell me when I’d receive my refund. The guy working stated his name was Israel & there was also a young short female were working with him. Absolutely would not recommend or return to this location. Hoping I’ll receive a response ASAP to receive my refund. $20 wasted. Listen to these reviews & don’t come to this location!

They made 5+ orders that came in after me and my husband after only making his first then asked what are you waiting on and didn’t add the mango we paid extra for last time we ordered online same thing paid for mango got no mango and gave potato chips instead of veggie chips the young men working close shift absolutely suck at their jobs

I’m writing to follow up on a disappointing experience I had at your location on Friday, June 27. I came in for a 32 oz beverage, but unfortunately, the service and product I received were unacceptable.
That day, it appeared a new employee was assigned to make my drink. I waited over 20 minutes, watching multiple customers who arrived after me receive their orders promptly. When I inquired about the delay, I was simply told it was the employee’s first day. While I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, I don’t believe customers should bear the brunt of someone’s training—especially without supervision or quality control.
My drink was a zero out of ten. It was packed with ice, nearly impossible to drink through a straw, and nowhere near the consistency of a smoothie or even an icy. I couldn’t consume it and unfortunately couldn’t return to the location as I had to head in another direction.
I called and voiced my concerns the same day, and I was told a manager would be processing my refund. Today is July 13, and I still have not received it. At this point, I am incredibly frustrated—not just by the initial experience, but by the lack of follow-through. While it was only $7.13, it’s the principle that matters most.
Unless this is resolved immediately, my next step will be to contact corporate and escalate the issue. I will not be returning as a customer if this is how issues are handled.

this was my first time ordering a smoothie bowl from this location, I payed 17.45 just for it to be a way smaller portion, never had this issue at any other location.

The item I purchased was not what I expected (and was at the staff's suggestion when I said I was looking for a mango drink for an energy boost). They asked if I liked strawberries and sold me on a drink with mango and strawberries but it was way more strawberry and hardly any mango flavor -- even the appearance was red rather than dark yellow. It was clear I was disappointed when I saw the drink. I took a sip and didn't like the flavor but they didn't ask if I liked it or offer to make me something else as other places typically do when a new customer is trying something new. I ended up tossing it out (even though it was a $7 drink!) I won't be going back again and will be sticking to Jamba Juice.
