I had ordered through the mobile app and was told my wait time was gonna be around 5 minutes. I park in the stall as instructed in the app and put in the designated number. I wait around 20 minutes or so, watching others beside me have their orders in less than 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting and assumed they delivered my order to the wrong stall, so I pull around to the drive thru. I was immediately put on another hold and eventually got my food. It shouldn’t have to take 30 minutes or so to get a mobile order, just disappointed in the wait time when I was expecting it to be ready in 10 minutes, MAX.

They are ALWAYS under staffed and had to wait 10 min to get my order taken, which was only 1 slush. Then it took another 15 minutes to get it...this was at 9pm on a Thursday

Went to grab breakfast and was told the most asinine thing ever. I ordered the french toast sticks meal and was told after i received my food if I wanted the syrup that is supposed to come with the meal, that it wasn't included and that I'd have to pay extra and that they are also now charging for all condiments.

Did not get my order right. I ordered for chicken tenders and I didn't get it. And second, I order 3 hamburgers NON PICKLES and they added pickles. Never going to this place and it SUCKS!!
We don't eat here much because the service is awful and order is always messed up but drinks are usually good until today! Your coke tasts horrible like you don't clean your soda machine! Do better!

We ordered through the drive through and waited about 6 minutes to order. We couldn't get the hot fudge Sunday because they didn't have the ice cream. My husband ordered the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, we waited an additional 15 minutes, and when we received it the cup was filthy, no napkins and it smelled of vomit. The service alone gave us red flags but we are understanding people and patient people. This was a solid fail for this location.

A dark-skinned man who works there is extremely rude and I will never return to this store. If he really doesn't feel like working, he shouldn't work because he was very rude, he actually insulted me. He said three rude things to me that he would never say.
