This place is always SLOW as it gets, no idea how it is 3 stars. I've tried it before the pandemic and after the pandemic, gave it another shot tonight and it's still the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Left out drink for one kid and an entire meal for another kid. Food came out cold. No straws included as well. They took my receipt so I can't even sort that out with the website.

I am absolutely livid! I ordered a dirty sprite, and let me tell you, David's behavior was beyond appalling! He had the audacity to say, "you want me to make it extraaa dirty?" with a disgusting, sexual undertone. I immediately called him out on his repulsive behavior, and he had the nerve to ask, "so you don't want it dirty?" I had to clarify that I wanted it dirty, but not in the revolting manner he insinuated.This isn't just about me—it's about every woman who walks into that establishment! His attempt to make his voice deep and seductive is utterly intolerable and disrespectful. I fear for younger girls who might encounter him. It's sickening! And let me make it crystal clear—I will not stand for it! When I finally received my drink, he had the gall to make another lewd comment, saying, "You can cooome anytime!" It's despicable!I refuse to tolerate this behavior any longer! I will not set foot in that location again, and I am seriously considering pressing charges for sexual harassment! I am absolutely disgusted! Who knows what he's capable of? I wouldn't put it past him to do something sick to my drink! That's why I immediately threw it out! This is beyond unacceptable! I demand action be taken, and I will not rest until justice is served!

Their manger is so disrespectful. I called to complain about my food being burnt. She hang up the phone in my face. I called back and she said she don't have to say anything when she's down talking she's hanging up the phone. I don't recommend nobody going back here. Horrible customer service.

I ordered onion rings and a strawberry shake for pickup. When I got there, I had to wait 10 more minutes. After I received my order, my onion rings were soggy and my shake was melted. I thought maybe it was that way because it had been sitting until I arrived so I asked them to remake it. The onion rings were better and were hot and fresh. My shake was still the same way. The cup wasn’t filled and the shake was still watered/melted. Do not order shakes from this location.

Just left sonic on gattis, the worst experience we have ever had at a sonic. We ordered off the mobile app and checked in as we arrived. We waited 20 minutes over our quoted time to be ready then when we got notified it was on its way we waited another 15 minutes and it never showed. We pressed the red button to ask about our order and the employee rudely responded that she didn’t have our order anymore and clicked out of the call. We proceeded to press the button again and when she answered again we proceeded to let her know we certainly never got our order so as she huffed and puffed she then goes “ oh here it is, we’ll bring it out in a min” . She then proceeded to hand us our order and we drove off I immediately take a sip of my slush and got straight liquid. It was almost completely melted to where the cup was no longer even filled. We then open our onion rings and then are so burnt from just sitting in the window that the “onion” was GONE. I can’t believe that they would even serve this to someone. Absolutely the worst location. Rude service, horrible food, and obviously completely unorganized.

We live close to Sonic, so at least once a week, one of our family members is either dropping by there or ordering it for delivery. I have nothing but rave reviews for the Sonic on Gattis School Road. Their hamburgers are a good size (bigger than McD), and they are always hot with fresh toppings. Their slushes are also family favorites! I just wish they would bring back their chicken wraps! (Yes, at one point, they served grilled and crispy chicken wraps... YUMMY.)

Wow, you want to talk about the rudest employee encounter to date, and why this business has a 3.1 rating and probably losing money. Brandon, and employees like him who think it is ok to scold, lecture, accuss, and deny customers simple request. The order was for ched r poppers, tots , and chicken strips, with two ranches and two honey mustard packs. the order came out missing the dipping sauce as requested, I buzzed back in and was told they where in bag, I explained that was not the case then Brandon stormed out preceding to scold accuse and waste 10 more minutes yelling at me about how they did there job and i must of taken the sauce. I said this convo didn't need to be ten mins on top of the 18 min wait all I needed was the sauce

Just picked up my order and the Reba chocolate strawberry shake was not what we ordered. They gave us a chocolate shake with regular whip topping not chocolate whipped topping. There was no strawberry shake, it was a chocolate shake. When the drink was handed to me, the lid came off and spilled on me. I was not given any napkins to help me clean it up. I even rang the bell and still no napkins. Please correct this issue.
